Inexpensive hotel, I probably would've loved to stay here in my 20s. Room was warm and reasonably clean (some crumbs in the corners and under the couch), no signs of bugs. Several years removed from my 20s, I prefer rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. The beds were very firm, hardly better than sitting on the floor. The couch was just not comfortable. Walls are banged up (see photo), as one might expect from an inexpensive hotel in a ski town. Asked for extra towels and dish soap, which were delivered to the room after a prolonged conversation. All this could be forgiven as it isn't marketed as an upscale hotel. However, I do expect a secure room to leave my belongings in. The windows in our room had all been modified so the locks were ineffective (also see photo). The windows can't be locked and were easily opened from the outside. I demonstrated this to the staff member on-site, who said she would inform the manager. I didn't hear anything further. I would've thought room security (or lack of) would be a serious enough issue to be contacted for. Bottom line, don't expect much. It's a warm room to sleep in. If you have any significant problems, don't expect to get a resolution.

The bathtub was so dirty and grungy that we couldn't bath in it. The room walls, doors & light switches were VERY fingerprinted up, as if these people have never washed a door or wall since they've opened. The bed sheets were clean and that is the only thing good about these rooms.

Awful awful awful!!!! Dirty rooms, smells like cigarettes. The ceilings at straight out of the 80s. Bedding was dirty, I was honestly Afraid to touch anything. We checked in super late and it took 20min to even find someone to let us in. It was so gross. Do not recommend!!! And if you looking at the pictures. The pool is empty and full of boxes and other tools. It was not in use at all. I can't Believe I Paid to stay here. It was that awful.

First off, a booking nightmare! You get an email saying you will get a confirmation email, and you never get it. Forget phoning there, because they DO NOT EVER answer the phone and the answering machine is always full. The owners have as little to do with anyone as they possibly can, and isn't even there for check out, so you leave the key in a box outside. The place is FILTHY!!!! Outside, inside, everywhere. They must have permanent tenants living there as well because the decks were absolutely full of trash and cat patios (in a "pet free" hotel) and anything else you could think of. We didn't dare venture to the supposed pool or hot tub because the corridor to get there was so crowded with random garbage and junk, I would have had to have climbed over a few boxes to get to the door. So I don't even know if they are up and running. We got the king jacuzzi room and what a disappointment. Again, the cleanliness? Minus 1. I opened the fridge to place some groceries in it and the freezer was packed full of food that's been in there so long its frozen into a block in the freezer. Not 100% confirmed because of the state it was in, but it was possibly fish caught from some river and put in ziplock bags. I think. It was too gross to examine. I then went to wash my hands in the bathroom and a giant spider jumped out of the sink at me. There were dead bugs absolutely everywhere. The jacuzzi tub dripped non stop and was disgusting. Needless to say we never used it. We were afraid to, it was so dirty. Again, there was a giant spider living in the tub that my fiancee had to vacate. The shower wasn't any better and I cringed every time I had to use it. It, again, was filthy and had no water pressure and didn't get very warm. We unfortunately booked this hotel for 4 nights and ended up having to use cheap 1 ply tissue paper as toilet paper as they only provided half a roll of toilet paper and then were never around to speak to about getting any more. The bed sounds like it will be lovely, being a king; but I assure you, it isn't. There was no mattress pad protector or anything on it besides a stained, thin sheet you could see through. You felt every groove in that mattress. It's a very old, outdated building, and the pictures don't truly show you how outrun this place is. The ceiling is still the old fashioned drip down speckled ceiling from likely the 70's, and has all the black dirt and bugs on them to prove it lol. All in all, don't do it, unless you are desperate for a place to stay! If I could give minus stars, I would... Just yuck.

Not Worth . It was not as per the description. The Sofa was broken. There are Spiders and Bugs in the Rooms and Bathroom. No Hot water in one Bathroom, just the lukewarm. The Office timings says it closes by 10:30 but the office was found closed at 10 pm itself. There is no way to communicate to the Reception. We paid 370$ for the 3 bedroom suite for just 1 night. And our friend paid just 90$ for 1 bedroom suite and that was better than this. So this was total waste of money. The pool was also not functional and Neither being informed on website.

This place is NOT recommended. The management staff do not communicate in English which makes it extremely difficult to discuss any issues . We booked a room with a fully equipped kitchen. We arrived on Christmas afternoon, the cable TV didn't work. That took 45 minutes to get resolved. The room was advertised to be a full kitchen. The fridge was a mini bar fridge. We were there for 3 nights for Christmas. We had to keep food in a cooler outside because the fridge wasn't big enough. Secondly, the fridge clearly had been unplugged and closed for quite some time. It wreaked like mold and there was consendation dripping inside! I had to scrub it myself. Kitchen cupboard door was broken off. There were MOUSE DROPPINGS in the sparsely stocked silverware drawer!!!! There was coffee, and a maker but no pot. The bathroom baseboards were filthy. Outside, there was a dangerous amount of ice built up at the bottom of the stairs. When my husband mentioned this to what appeared to be the maintenance man, he got a dumbfounded look, and nothing happened. We will NEVER stay at this place again and strongly advise people to avoid it. The Health Inspector should be paying a visit.

d a very disappointing experience at Radium Park Lodge. Upon arrival, the AC in our room was not working. It took over 4 hours for maintenance to attempt a fix, which ultimately spoiled our trip. We requested a room change, but the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate us. This was incredibly frustrating, and I would give this hotel a zero if I could. I do not recommend staying here.

Decent experience, nothing to really write home about. Wish the rooms were cleaner and not so outdated. There is a lot of dust throughout the room, especially in the air vent on the ceiling that's in the bathroom. The bed sheets had some interesting stains on them, same with the pillows. Not the best place to have stains. The chair outside the room looks older than me and it's broken, nobody can even sit in it. The lady at the front desk seemed quite short tempered and miserable. I don't know what her problem was. The office itself looks to be filled with junk and it's outdated, inside and out. Wish it was more professional and less depressing. The breakfast provided was decent, not much of a selection if you're not someone who eats pork. The scrambled eggs looked like they had gone bad... they were grey and shiny. The milk had a really weird color to it too, for whatever reason. Once again, nothing to write home about but if you want a mid place to stay with a decent price then I guess stay here. But I wouldn't recommend it.
