First off, a booking nightmare! You get an email saying you will get a confirmation email, and you never get it. Forget phoning there, because they DO NOT EVER answer the phone and the answering machine is always full. The owners have as little to do with anyone as they possibly can, and isn't even there for check out, so you leave the key in a box outside. The place is FILTHY!!!! Outside, inside, everywhere. They must have permanent tenants living there as well because the decks were absolutely full of trash and cat patios (in a "pet free" hotel) and anything else you could think of. We didn't dare venture to the supposed pool or hot tub because the corridor to get there was so crowded with random garbage and junk, I would have had to have climbed over a few boxes to get to the door. So I don't even know if they are up and running. We got the king jacuzzi room and what a disappointment. Again, the cleanliness? Minus 1. I opened the fridge to place some groceries in it and the freezer was packed full of food that's been in there so long its frozen into a block in the freezer. Not 100% confirmed because of the state it was in, but it was possibly fish caught from some river and put in ziplock bags. I think. It was too gross to examine. I then went to wash my hands in the bathroom and a giant spider jumped out of the sink at me. There were dead bugs absolutely everywhere. The jacuzzi tub dripped non stop and was disgusting. Needless to say we never used it. We were afraid to, it was so dirty. Again, there was a giant spider living in the tub that my fiancee had to vacate. The shower wasn't any better and I cringed every time I had to use it. It, again, was filthy and had no water pressure and didn't get very warm. We unfortunately booked this hotel for 4 nights and ended up having to use cheap 1 ply tissue paper as toilet paper as they only provided half a roll of toilet paper and then were never around to speak to about getting any more. The bed sounds like it will be lovely, being a king; but I assure you, it isn't. There was no mattress pad protector or anything on it besides a stained, thin sheet you could see through. You felt every groove in that mattress. It's a very old, outdated building, and the pictures don't truly show you how outrun this place is. The ceiling is still the old fashioned drip down speckled ceiling from likely the 70's, and has all the black dirt and bugs on them to prove it lol. All in all, don't do it, unless you are desperate for a place to stay! If I could give minus stars, I would... Just yuck.
