A Wonderful Stay at Raffles Bali: A Journey Filled with Comfort and Joy| |During our trip to Bali, Raffles Bali was undoubtedly the most dazzling highlight—it interpreted the word "perfection" to the fullest with its meticulous details and warm hospitality, and brought us an overwhelming sense of emotional fulfillment that went far beyond our expectations.| |The food here was a delightful feast for the taste buds. Every dish, whether it was the fresh local Balinese cuisine or the exquisitely crafted international delicacies, was made with premium ingredients and careful preparation. The fragrant coconut curry with tender seafood, the crispy satay grilled to perfection, and the sweet tropical fruit dessert that melted in the mouth—each bite was a wonderful surprise, leaving a lasting impression on our palates.| |Our room was like a private paradise hidden in the tropical scenery. The villas, scattered along the hillside, all boasted unobstructed views of Jimbaran Bay. As we pushed open the door, a private swimming pool and a lush garden came into sight immediately. The spacious room, covering an area of 490 square meters, combined the warm texture of solid wood furniture with the neat lines of modern design perfectly. Lying on the large bed facing the sea, we could watch the sunrise paint the sky in golden colors in the morning and listen to the gentle sound of waves at night, which made every moment feel peaceful and precious.| |What touched us most was the enthusiastic and thoughtful service of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with bright smiles and took the initiative to help with our luggage. They remembered our small habits—like preferring a cup of hot tea in the afternoon—and would quietly prepare it for us. Whenever we had questions about local attractions or travel plans, they would patiently give detailed suggestions and even help book tickets. Their sincere care made us feel at home, even in a foreign land.| |Without a doubt, Raffles Bali was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our entire Bali trip. It didn’t just provide a place to rest, but created countless beautiful memories for us and satisfied all our expectations for a perfect vacation. We will definitely come back again!

Firstly I am very appreciative for Yudi’s help over the past few days. His thoughtful and warm service made our holiday truly wonderful. Especially, allowing us a late check-out gave us plenty of time and space to rest before our flight. I will recommend this place to all my friends without hesitation! The restaurant Rumari was absolutely delicious. What's more, they designed an East-West-North-South paper game, which introduced the origin of the restaurant's name, the sources of ingredients, and the members of the chef team in a very fun way. The hotel offers breathtaking views, and every staff member was warm, kind, and courteous, providing the perfect ending to our Bali trip.

Raffles Bali was the best decision we made when selecting a venue for our multi-day international wedding. The venue itself is incredible - clean/modern/zen with endless picturesque backdrops and dramatic views perfect for the ceremony and beyond. However, what really stood out was the world class service:||* Debbie — the master coordinator - every detail and change was anticipated and handled promptly and in an organized manner. And trust me, there were changes up to the final hour of the wedding.|* Chef G — head chef - pulled off the most impressive dinner service I’ve ever seen. I asked him to cook dishes he’s never done before, and he pulled it off better than the Michelin Stars in the bay area that inspired the dishes. He also iterated with us on the dishes until we got to the desired characteristics. What an artisan of the craft.|* Aditya — head butler - made everything feel seamless and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making people’s lives better.|* The bartending team was fantastic—keeping the energy high and everyone hydrated until the AMs.||I sincerely hope ownership recognizes how exceptional this team is. If you’re considering Raffles Bali for a wedding or any milestone celebration—do it. You won’t find a better combination of heart, hospitality, and execution.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was exceptional. The atmosphere is serene, relaxing and inviting. With only 32 villas, the resort feels private and intimate, we rarely saw other guests outside of the restaurants.||The villa was spacious, beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. The interiors combine modern elegance & luxury with Balinese touches. Bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was picturesque and completely private.||The landscaping throughout the property is lush and beautifully maintained. Each villa is tucked away.||Service at Raffles Bali is exceptional. Our butler and every staff member we came across was professional, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. The attention to detail and the numerous personalized touches were remarkable and made our stay special. The housekeeping is also first rate.||I enjoyed the spa services so much that I visited the spa every day during our stay. Another highlight was the botanical tour, which was both educational and interesting.||We enjoyed our meals at Rumari and Loloan. The atmosphere is relaxing, offer great views and the food was flavorful. We especially loved the small-bite à la carte breakfast and high tea in the library was a highlight. Special thanks to Chef Gaetan and his staff who went out of their way to tailor dishes to our taste. We also enjoyed the friendly conversations and warm hospitality from the staff.||Our stay at Raffles Bali was so enjoyable that we never felt the need to leave the resort. This is a remarkable place we will always remember fondly.

The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Sila, who was simply amazing. His warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful attention made our time at Raffles truly unforgettable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The tranquil ambiance provided the perfect setting to unwind and recharge. The staff, especially the attentive butlers, were incredibly kind and passionate, making every moment feel special. The fusion cuisine was a delightful surprise—each dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely worth trying. Fantastic beach resort that ticks all the boxes, but it’s the people of Raffles Bali - every single one of them - that makes it shine. The villa is perfect: private villa nested on a lush landscape atop a small hill overlooking Jimbaran Bay. Room was well furnished, designed to the finest detail (eg. you don’t notice the air con unit within the Balinese styled architecture, local art pieces adorned the room, including a full headboard crafted in Balinese motif prints, all the colours used in the architecture and interior design pieces are complimented and thought out), and had everything we needed for comfort and luxury. You never notice or hear the other residents in and around the resort except for mealtimes - it truly feels exquisite. Food was incredible, every meal is a satisfying, delicious adventure into local Balinese cuisine. Rumari, with Mr G and his team of knowledgable, accommodating and warm staff, was a gastronomical and cultural experience not to be missed. The meals there were among the best we have had in Bali. It’s amazing how every staff member in Raffles knows you by your names, remembers previous conversations and your preferences. Every staff we met is kind, warm and engaging, shows pride of their respective roles in the resort, and are always happy to take time to share their knowledge on Balinese culture, food, environment and local practices. A simple conversation on our favourite Balinese dish, and behold, they ask if they can prepare it for the next day’s meal (which they do, with great aplomb and utmost sincerity). Exemplary. We left the resort after 3 days, refreshed and recharged from the environment, the food, and most of all, from the genuine interactions with the wonderful people at Raffles.

Our stay here completely ruined other hotels for us! Raffles Bali is more than a resort—it’s a sanctuary. From the stunning villas with ocean views to the incredible facilities, every detail was flawless, from our exceptional butler Endah who cared so deeply for us, the breakfast food and service was something spectacular. Everyone and literally everyone from the staff showed exemplary warmth that made us feel truly cared for. It’s not just luxury, it’s serenity and memories that will last a lifetime.
