I would rate Raffles Bali as one of the best hotels/resorts that I've ever stayed out. The rooms and the property are beautiful - very new...built in 2020 I think, rooms were very beautiful, on property restaurants were top notch - but what really sets it apart is the exclusivity and the quality of the service, especially with the concierge. ||In terms of exclusivity, it was notable to me and my wife that every day we arrived for breakfast, we were the only guests in the dining room. When we had lunch by the pool, we were yet again the only guests. I never saw another guest in the pool area each time I was there. The one time I had dinner at the main restaurant, my wife and I were just one of two guests. Its possible I visited during the low season (late May), but I believe the property only has 30 rooms or so, so it likely will feel exclusive no matter what season. ||The second notable point is the service. They have a system set-up where you WhatsApp the concierge with your requests and I found this system to be amazingly helpful. We scheduled all of our daily activities through the concierge. We were able to book restaurants, temple tours, scuba diving and surfing lessons with just a days notice or even a few hours notice. The concierge team was incredible, super responsive and just made the overall logistics and planning so much easier for my wife and I.||Final point I'll make is I think the Jimbaran area is a great area to stay in Bali. Traffic is pretty horrible in Bali and Jimbaran is in a place where its relatively easy to get to key areas (Uluwatu, Changuu, airport), while also not being in the super middle of the action. ||Overall this was an amazing stay, I would highly recommend the Raffles and I'm sure I'll be back in the future.
