Absolutely stunning property with loads of heritage - has all the amenities of any new hotel and well worth the splurge. Food amazing, awesome pool, good gym and spa. I found the bed more comfortable than some Four Season properties and the room had amazing air conditioning. Special shout-out to Jason at the Elephant Bar who is an absolute beauty and a master at his craft. Always nice to have a great bar when traveling solo, and it’s an epic place for a drink.

We spent two nights here had a great time we use the spa. The massage was outstanding. I also use the fitness center, which was great. Most importantly we had dinner in their fine dining restaurant. Sorry I don't remember the name, but I've never had bread cut at the table by the chef and they also made the tuna tower at the table. The food was outstanding and was a very romantic restaurant. I look forward to coming back. Make sure you try the fine dining restaurant.

During our recent stay at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, my partner and I had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance of the hotel was simply delightful, creating a serene atmosphere that enhanced our stay. Our room was beautifully decorated, reflecting the elegance and charm that the hotel is known for. Additionally, the location was perfect, making it well-deserving of its reputation as the best hotel in Phnom Penh. We also had the pleasure of visiting the gym and spa during our stay. The gym was outfitted with the latest equipment, providing a fantastic space for our workouts. The spa offered a perfect retreat for relaxation. A memorable highlight was the surprise cake left in our room to celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Overall, I would undoubtedly choose to stay at Raffles Hotel Le Royal again in the future.

We had an excellent experience. Felt the room was a bit small with all our luggage. But it was very comfortable overall. Shower area was a bit small. Beds are extremely comfortable. Coffee and tea well provided. Great breakfast. Superb service. Elephant Bar was too good. Colonial feel was super. Nice Pools. As good as it gets, apart from room size.

We had a wonderful experience at Raffles Hotel La Royale. The room was lovely and the public spaces gorgeous. But the best part was the flawless friendly service. The check-in process was quick and welcoming. The breakfast service and dinner service were perfect, as was the poolside food and drink. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. I loved it so much, I never left the hotel between check-in and check-out.

This is one of the finest hotels you can stay at in Phnom Penh with so much history and grandeur. If you want a luxury experience from the past, it doesn't get any better. From the excellent breakfast buffet selection to the poolside loungers it is a truly special treat to stay here. The rooms are well proportioned with great bedding and spacious interiors. This hotel is centrally located and easy to get to and is nearby to lots of interesting places to visit and plenty of food options. If you want to experience how the other half lives without breaking the bank, this is how you can do it.

I like colonial era hotels especially their lazy verandahs and superb service. This Raffles was exactly what imagined it to be - very polished and blessed with an old fashioned grace. I patronized only their informal Le Phnom 1929 restaurant for breakfast and lunch; it was excellent. My room overlooked the pool and had a lovely little balcony of its own. The room was superb, almost perfect, except for the tiny shower stall.

Not level of quality that I expected for a Raffles. Attention to detail is minimal. Pool area and service at pool left much to be desired. Breakfast is subpar compared with other hotels in Asia, much less for a Raffles Property. Nothing spectacular. Perfectly fine stay for an ordinary hotel, but far below Raffles expectations.
