Excellent stay from the day one till the last day, great location, great service and a very warm friendly welcome. Staffs are friendly and attentive, service is amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very relaxing and chill at the Elephant Bar with great ambiance and atmosphere. We also love the pool area. Hope we can return someday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Raffles Le Royal - it completely lived up to the Raffles name. From the moment we walked in, we were surrounded by that timeless colonial elegance the brand is famous for, and the service made us feel genuinely special. ||A lovely surprise awaited us - we got upgraded to a pool view room. Spacious, comfortable, and full of that classic Raffles charm. What really stood out was the staff - every single person we met was professional, warm, and went out of their way to help. ||Breakfast was a real highlight. Unlike typical hotel buffets, here they serve you properly at your table - fresh juices, excellent coffee, and delicious dishes made to order. It felt luxurious without being stuffy. ||If we had to find one thing to improve, it would be the room doors. They let in more hallway noise than we'd expect from a luxury hotel, and didn't close as smoothly as they could. Better soundproofing would make the rooms perfect. ||Even with this small issue, Raffles Le Royal is easily one of the best hotels in Phnom Penh. That magical mix of history, service, and attention to detail creates something really special. We'd go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone wanting a proper luxury experience in Cambodia's capital.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Suite at Raffles Phnom Penh for my birthday. The hotel was superb as you would expect but what made it truly memorable were the staff who went out of their way to organise a special breakfast with a birthday cake and champagne. The experience was wondewrful. We cannot recommend the hotel too highly. What a fantastic hotel with fatastic staff.

I had the pleasure of attending a workshop at Raffles Le Royal Hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professional service. The venue itself exudes elegance and heritage, with beautifully maintained colonial architecture and a serene atmosphere perfect for productive events. During the break, we were treated to a delightful selection of refreshments, and the culinary offerings were both exquisite and beautifully presented. Overall, Raffles Le Royal provided a refined and inspiring setting for a professional gathering. I would highly recommend it for conferences, workshops, or any special occasion.

The reception area was very nice upon arrival and decorated for Easter. Check in was very smooth. ||We had a lovely room over looking the pool with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is well maintained. It has a very nice feel to it. Turn down was very good and not completed before we went out for the evening. ||The disappointing part was staff were unable to understand English and this was the first time we had encountered this in any accommodation in Cambodia. The manager had to sort things. This was when Booking a treatment at the spa this was hard work. Staff clearly not trained. ||The pool area was understaffed and ordering food at the pool was slow. Only one person working. He appeared stressed.Food was not as good as other pool food we had experienced on this trip. ||Staff in the dinning room were very good. ||Breakfast was also very good again we enjoyed this. ||Overall a nice stay. I did not want to leave even with a few problems you would not expect for this level of hotel.

We enjoyed our first stay at Raffles Hotel Le Royal so much that we booked again to unwind before leaving Cambodia after our two-week tour of the country. This hotel is truly a magical place. The combination of history, elevated Khmer cuisine, comfortable rooms, and the warm and professional staff are what makes the different. We especially want to thank our Porter for his strong back and Sophan for her professionalism and assistance in booking our next stay.
