Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Service couldn’t be faulted with the exception of a hiccup when we arrived and didn’t get our luggage delivered to the room for over half an hour, despite calling twice. Calvin at the pool bar deserves to be mentioned, really service oriented and friendly. Breakfast is also a joy, would recommend from a sustainability point of view cutlery doesn’t have to be replaced after each bite….

I stayed at Raffles Jakarta for one night for a staycation with my sisters, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality — we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay.|When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ciki from Concierge, which immediately set the tone for a pleasant visit. The check-in process with the duty manager, Pak Rey, was smooth and efficient, making everything feel effortless.|The room was comfortable and beautifully prepared, giving us the perfect space to relax and enjoy our short getaway. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a great selection and attentive service that made the experience even better. We also spent some time at the pool, and it was such a refreshing and relaxing part of our stay.|A special appreciation goes to our butler, Rio, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. His attentiveness and initiative made our stay feel even more personalized and enjoyable.|Before we left, the check-out process was also smooth and seamless, assisted by Rizky at Reception, which concluded our stay on a very positive note.|Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at Raffles Jakarta and would absolutely love to come back. ❤️❤️

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Raffles Jakarta, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The team prepared a beautiful surprise with a birthday cake, balloons, and heartfelt birthday wishes. As a Korean, I was especially touched when the staff sang the birthday song in Korean — it made the moment incredibly special. My sincere gratitude goes to Mr. Reza, the Guest Relations Manager, for arranging everything so perfectly.||The service at the Raffles Jakarta Lounge is consistently outstanding. Typically staffed by three to four team members, both men and women, they are all professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Even though the lounge was quite busy during our stay, the team welcomed every guest with grace and exceptional hospitality.||The butler service is excellent as well. Everything from dry cleaning and turndown service to checking the possibility of a late checkout is handled easily via WhatsApp. The convenience and promptness truly enhance the overall experience.||Finally, the lounge’s cocktail hour, breakfast offerings, and beverage service are all of a very high standard. I have been staying at this hotel once a month for over two years, and while it has become more popular recently—with many more guests enjoying the lounge’s happy hour and cocktail service—the quality of service has remained impressively consistent.||Raffles Jakarta continues to be my favorite hotel, and this stay reminded me once again why I keep coming back. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time here. I greatly recommend to stay in this place, especially to eat in the Arts Cafe. We went to the different themed buffet dinners on Thursday and Friday. The breakfast is also so worth it. Not only is food amazing here, the service is also great. We were served by multiple very nice and welcoming people: Jojo, Gio, Kevin, and Danielle.

Booked through All.com for a weekend stay as part of our daughter's invitation to a birthday party.||Check in was smooth and handled with a standard courtesy and professionalism. Room was fabulous, it was spacious, well designed, bathroom was also sizeable and well designed. |Had dinner by the pool, good ambience, server was a great gentleman - courteous and very efficient. ||The only thing that held us back from giving a 5 star-perfect rating was the attitude of the concierge lady at our check out time. She came across as rude and stuck up as she didn't bother to lift her head and look at us throughout our interaction when we were endorsing our parking ticket. We thought her attitude and body language didn't exemplify a 5-star hospitality standard. The short lady hostess at the Arts Cafe could also use a bit of re-training in mannerisms and communication finesse.||We also thought the setting of the check-in & out/receptionist, albeit meant to project an image of exclusive ambience, would be better if the staffs were to stand up from their seats when greeting and welcoming guests and again when done/as guests were leaving. The fact that they were sitting down throughout the process came off as a bit stuffy or bossy, as if they were CEOs and guests were staffs.||Anyway, we loved the hotel, particularly the room. The lack of consistency from the staffs across various departments were compensated by the sheer luxury of the room.

One of the best hotel that recognises accor status and treat you like a valued member. Stayed here last weekend. Being granted late checkout and also access to the Raffles Club due to accor platinum was great. From the moment I booked the hotel till I left, the service has been impeccable. Every one of the service staff were excellent. Would come back to Jakarta just to stay here and relax.

I think we love everything in Raffles. The location, the food, the service, the ambience, everything! We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, i put a note that my husband is a vegan. They deliver us with a fruit cake - a literal fruit only, which we love it hahaha. They took our picture, and when we were back after our evening cocktail to our room, they placed our picture with small gift. I feel being cared. Thanks Raffles. From the moment I arrived at Raffles Jakarta, everything felt seamless and personal. As soon as I stepped through the entrance, the team greeted me by name, recognized my Platinum status, and invited me to check in at the Level 12 lounge.||||I was escorted upstairs by Stacy, who casually asked about my wife and daughter. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but it turned out to be the start of a very thoughtful surprise. At the lounge, Kevin handled the check-in process and informed me that I had been upgraded all the way to the Gallery Suite, even though I had booked the lowest room category. Such a generous surprise.||||While settling in, Eto offered drinks and snacks with a warm, friendly attitude that immediately made the lounge feel comfortable.||||The Gallery Suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. That evening, I had a dinner invitation at Arts Café, and every dish was genuinely delicious.||||When I returned to the room after dinner, I found a soft toy and a handwritten note addressed to my daughter. It was such a sweet gesture. Thank you to Butler Oshel and of course to Stacy for arranging it.||||The next morning, I chose to have breakfast at Arts Café instead of the lounge so I could eat with my relatives. The food was surprisingly very good. It was much better than my visit in October 2024, and everything I ordered was excellent. Jojo helped with several à la carte dishes and took great care of us. Toward the end of the meal, Gio, the restaurant manager, stopped by to check how everything was, which added to the warm impression.||||I actually had to leave earlier than planned. If not, I’m sure they would have offered a late checkout as well, considering how consistently attentive the service had been from the moment I arrived.||||Overall, Raffles Jakarta delivered a truly outstanding hospitality experience. From the upgrade to the personal touches and the genuine warmth from every staff member, everything felt special.||||Definitely will come again.
