The hotel is visually stunning, with a majestic vibe that impresses from the moment you arrive. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were attentive and professional. However, there are a few aspects that should be improved in order to truly meet the expectations of a luxury hotel: • The dinner buffet was quite limited in both variety and quality, especially considering the level of the hotel and the price. We expected a much more refined dining experience. • The flooring around the pool area is extremely slippery. This is a real safety concern and should be addressed as a priority to avoid potential accidents. • Our suite was located near one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the noise at night was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The service team kindly offered us a room change, but it was too late and we were too tired to move in the middle of the night. Still, if it’s known that this area is noisy, guests should not be assigned rooms nearby, or the restaurant’s location should be reconsidered. In summary, the setting is beautiful and the staff are helpful, but there are key details that — if addressed — would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles palm. The entire staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making every moment special. A special acknowledgement to Paulo and Paul (from Kenya!). They were outstanding and provided us with a terrific experience. The Club and our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the service was truly five-star. From the warm welcomes to the impeccable hospitality, every detail was perfect. A world-class experience we’ll never forget!

I recently visited Raffles Dubai, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt effortlessly elegant. The pool area was beautifully maintained—very clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. I also had the pleasure of enjoying their spa, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The sauna was deeply rejuvenating, and I couldn’t help but admire the stunning ceiling design—a true work of art that added to the overall sense of luxury and serenity. So far, Raffles Dubai is the chicest and architecturally stunning hotel I’ve ever seen. Every detail reflects sophistication and taste. I can’t wait to return and experience it all over again.

We love this hotel. Always hits the spot. The location is great as it is quieter on the Palm, however, there is always a driver available to take you to any location. Front of house and valet staff are a great team to make your first impression a good one. The staff in all departments are amazing and always there to make your stay a super one. Jayne, Isuru, and their team, especially Min in housekeeping made our stay very enjoyable and were always on hand if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The lounge is a must for afternoon tea and cocktails, the girls in the lounge really make it their job to remember all the finer details. Our stay was great and we will be back.

Everything here was absolutely superb from the beautiful grand hotel to our room. The room service was out of this world and our butler Shreya went out of her way to find out information for us on our trip into Dubai. The pool service was great too. My massage with Geeta was the best in the world I have had, she knew exactly how to deal with issues I was having so thank you all at The Palm Raffles for the best holiday ever.

Such a luxurious and dreamy place! The best hotel to celebrate a special occasion, so luxurious and words just cannot describe how beautiful and dreamy our room was! Had a fantastic dinner at Matagi with a friend! The sushi and dessert were delicious, and the mocktail by Arghya was a real standout. The service was truly exceptional—especially from Dala, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. Astha and the manager Paolo were also very kind and welcoming. Thanks to the whole team for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Each meal was a delightful experience.||||For those seeking wellness and relaxation, the indoor swimming pool and gym, open until 10 PM (gym 24hrs), offer the perfect way to unwind or stay active.||||This visit has far exceeded our expectations.
