In the heart of Moda, tucked away on a quiet, narrow street, lies a hidden gem where mornings come alive. The restaurant welcomes you with its open kitchenette, a canvas of creativity adorned with delicate greenery that soothes the senses. The décor is a symphony of understated elegance, each detail thoughtfully chosen to harmonize with the relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
Here, breakfast is not just a meal—it is an experience. From the first sip of their rich, aromatic coffee, brewed with precision and care, to the first bite of a beautifully crafted egg plate or sandwich, you are transported. Each dish is a masterpiece, a testament to the chef’s knowledge and boundless creativity. Eggs, in all their forms, are elevated to an art form—whether poached to perfection, folded into delicate omelets, or nestled within warm, flaky bread.
The chef is a true artisan, presenting each plate with an eye for beauty and a heart for flavor. Every dish feels personal, as though it were crafted just for you, with a perfect balance of textures and tastes.
Moda may be a bustling neighborhood, but here, time slows, and breakfast becomes a ritual to savor.
The menu is so rich that you can hardly pick which plate to devour. I picked the Egg Croissant with Roast-beef where a fruity and zesty salad can come as a side per your preference.
Simply one of the greatest artisan breakfast I’ve had in Istanbul.
