Ragtag Shibuya location was the first location that introduced me to the brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look and cleanliness. When I was on the first floor, a salesman told me to let him know if I wanted to try anything on but he wasn’t hovering over me. If you’re gaijin, you know what I’m talking about. Plenty of retail stores hover over you, follow you throughout the store and make you feel uncomfortable. On the second floor, I was inspecting an item and a young lady asked if I wanted to try that on and began a fitting room for me. That was exceptional service. After trying on the items, I decided on 2 and saw a scarf on display that looked nice. Another saleswoman put the scarf on me and then herself as we were figuring out which direction it went in. I paid for my purchase and the items were folded and put in a bag carefully. The next time I am in Shibuya, I will return to this location to make a purchase.
