Wow! Not a surprising response from a business that does not value customer service. Nonetheless, to clarify, I was at Raiford Gallery back in September or October, not during the "Christmas rush." i failed to post my review in the fall. So, obviously, Ms Raiford had a similar experience with yet another customer. Additionally, my mother, unaware of my experience, went into Raiford Gallery with a friend and was also ignored by Ms. R and her employees. When you don't learn from your mistakes, history repeats itself, as this business has proven. Go somewhere else, to a business that values and appreciates their customers.
