Railay Phutawan Resort

What a fantastic hotel. Property advertises itself as a 2-star hotel, but it should be a lot higher than that. Everything was just perfect. The location of the hotel is amazing, beautiful jungle and mountains all around, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent, a wide variety at breakfast and menu at the pool bar was excellent. The service was phenomenal. Drinks delivered to you in the water whilst enjoying the beautiful pool (which is super clean) Thank you to all the staff for an amazing holiday, will definitely be back.

This place is breath taking. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable and the views are truly amazing. The pool , bar and food service were all great and the pool guy John is an absolute legend. The shuttle every hour to walking st was very helpful. Thankyou we will be back.

Best hotel we have stayed in out of all the hotels on our 2 week holiday in Thailand. The views are spectacular and i cant believe its 3* it definitely should be rated higher. Cant fault this hotel, its in a perfect location on railay. we had a lovely peaceful stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean spacious and the beds were soft and comfy.||We would 100% return to this hotel.

Amazing experience. The resort is really beautiful, amazing location in the nature and the landscape and views from the resort and the pool were astonishing. The stuff was very professional, caring and they always provided an amazing service. The breakfast food choice was different and very good. Also the food in the restaurant wry good and much better than most of the restaurant in Railay.

Such an amazing resort! The view is out of this world, the rooms are huge, breakfast is amazing, the staff is utterly friendly and Khun John always makes sure one makes the most of happy hour. We chose the cheapest room but even so our view was sensational.

Beautiful resort with stunning sea and mountain views. The rooms are lovely with great views. Spacious pool, tasty food and drinks, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a nice setting, and the beach shuttle was convenient. Highly recommended!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I must say — I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staffs were warm, friendly, and nice. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, clean, and very welcoming. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking both the sea and the mountains. Although the hotel is not beachfront, it offers a great sense of privacy, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of both Thai and international dishes. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was helpful, kind, and service-minded. I felt more like a guest in someone’s home than just a hotel customer.

Hillside resort in nature, away from the crowds! Apparently it’s shoulder season so we lucked out with less folks in the pool (by the way has a fantastic view) at the restaurant and on the tours which made this stay much more enjoyable! The breakfast was fantastic- choices and delicious! Dinner and snacks by the pool were alright if you didn’t want to go down into the town which is a sort shuttle away or a 6 minute stroll. Mind you there’s only, AC in your room and no other public place. The walkways are steep and there are no elevators so it maybe challenging for those with bad knees!|Our room was lovely, no one on our floor except us! Ac strong, bed a queen size for two and bathroom a bit small. The balcony was sweet but there were smokers on the lower floors! They offer a mini bar.|We loved the mountains, monkeys and hornbill birds, not so much the water monitor lizard by the beach where we visited! Staff was helpful and all in all it was an excellent stay even if there’s no cars and roads and you must take a boat to get here. That’s what makes this resort special!
