I’m writing this review because I’ve been trying to contact the shop with no success. I’ve called several times and no one answers, and I’ve also sent text messages without any response. I didn’t want to leave a public review, but since I haven’t been able to reach anyone, this is the only way I can request assistance.
Hi, this is Aydee Tello. I visited your shop on January 6 and purchased three items. I was the last customer of the day, and I was there with my friend Aldo — we’re both from Texas. During our visit, you mentioned your family to us and even showed us a video of a tourist who earlier that day had taken some items without paying. We remember that clearly.
After returning home, I noticed that instead of being charged $71.28, my card was charged $689.96. This appears to have been an error with the credit card machine. Since I haven’t been able to reach anyone at the shop, my bank has already opened an investigation into the transaction.
I would still prefer to resolve this directly with the shop, so I’m kindly asking you to please contact me so we can review the charge together. Thank you.
