Rainbow Café

Atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful view. Service was good. For dinner, the lamb smelled terrible. I travel for lamb dishes, this was legitimately terrible. The shrimp&scallops duo was underwhelming. Overall, I would recommend to come for the pics, vibes, and normal cocktails. I heard breakfast and lunch was significantly better, but unfortunately, skip dinner.

If you’re looking for an amazing meal and a lively party definitely come here on the weekend! The food really is incredible, I highly recommend any of the sushi, the calamari and the Caesar salad. The mango drink was delicious and the vanilla coffee martini was really good as well. The dancers were so fun and the owner who we ended up sitting right next to was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely go here if you want to have a really good time on the island.

Beautiful restaurant with a bar and beach service. My favorite place on the island. The food was delicious French and Creole cuisine with a 10/10 presentation on plate. Food was always excellent (brunch, dinner and on the beach). They put it efforts on the details for clients comfort. You will feel pampered at all times. We will be back for sure !

Awesome experience here. If you want nice views, a big party and good food, this is the place! The staff were all very nice, and our waitress was very good. Our food was also very good (I recommend picking your dish off the daily specials menu). The dancers were very good. The only thing I would tell the owner is to change the beds on the beach, they are all ripped and stained which looks horrible and unprofessional/unpleasant.

It was a stormy rainy night when we stumbled upon this place while seeking shelter, and what a discovery it turned out to be. The atmosphere was perfect, with lovely music, a chill Caribbean vibe, a DJ, delicious food, and great drinks. During the day, this beachfront lounge terrace offers incredible views. They even have their own private beach where you can rent a chaise lounge and enjoy food and drinks while soaking up the sun. That night, though, we had the entire place to ourselves since the storm kept everyone away. It made for an unexpectedly amazing and memorable experience.

This spot is not to be missed. We ended up dining at Rainbow Café five times in three days. Their breakfast options are really great. There wasn’t a single dish that we didn’t love. Our server each time was George, who took great care in suggesting options for us and ensuring we were looked after. Best fried calamari on the island🤌 Thank you, we will definitely be back

A three story restaurant right in the beach with music blasting and good vibes. The drinks are strong and the atmosphere is like a party. Order the feta and watermelon salad, it’s the best dish on the menu. The sushi was fine, the lobster and shrimp club was filling, and the fries were good. Be prepared to spend a nice coin or two for your meal. It’s worth a stop if you’re in Grand Cade for the splendid service and lovely atmosphere. It gets crowded so if you want the seat on the beach or overlooking the beach, make a reservation or go during non-peak meal times.

I love coming to Rainbow several times during my stay on the island. The food and service is amazing. Douglas, the owner, always makes sure everyone is having fun. My favorite waiter this season is Merouane, he is always there to help with a smile. Highly recommend coming to Rainbow 🌈
