"As the name suggests (“daga” means rainbow) is rich with tastes, be it for coffee or delicious breakfasts and desserts. Situated below Dondukov boulevard, this place is perfect for energizing before a long day or a walk around one of Sofia’s quietest and most charming neighborhoods." - Next Digital Creative

Conveniently located brunch spot with tasty food and friendly staff. They offer a “menu of the day” with soups and special dishes. I had the salmon sandwich and it was flavorful, though the salmon’s color seemed a bit off. My friend got the chicken tortilla, which was absolutely delicious.

I had my first breakfast in Sofia here, just barely an hour after arriving. It was busy but the cashier was friendly and explained a few things to me. I had a traditional Bulgarian cold egg dish for the sake of adventure, but it was absolutely delicious and much more unique than having yet another avocado toast or something like that. The coffee was really good too. I will for sure come back the next time I visit Sofia.

The place looks super cozy but it’s chilly inside, considering it’s winter it could have been more heated. Other than that everything else was great. The mekitsi were delicious!

Went for breakfast. The dishes were generous and super tasty. Quick service with a smile. Good music and atmosphere. Prices are a bit high. We will Recommend this place to our friends.

Rainbow Factory Cafe may be hard to find from the outside, but it's definitely worth a visit. The menu is very simple and not confusing at all. I chose the Shepherd's Sandwich, and it was truly delicious. Compared to Bulgarian standards, the service was incredibly fast, even surprisingly so! :) The coffee was also very tasty. They offer different coffee bean options for espresso, and the coffee is served in elegant and stylish cups. I spent about an hour here and was quite satisfied. I definitely recommend it for breakfast and coffee. While you're there, don’t forget to check out the portraits on the walls by photographer Dimitar Karanikolov, themed "Happy International Children's Day!" with images from various parts of the world. Entrance is accessible for people with disabilities. Can be visited with children.

Great atmosphere accompanying fresh and delicious food. Highly recommend a visit and ordering from the menu and trying the pastries from the front (get there early, they sell out on the weekdays)

This is a great place for brunch options. Walking distance from center and many places around. It’s a cozy little cafe with limited seating. However, the turn around isn’t bad. We showed up without booking a table, and it was packed. However in about 10mins a family of 4 left creating space for us. There’s also an option to sit on the cushions outside. But when we visited there was construction happening. Some people were still sitting. Anyway, the coffees were done perfectly. The traditional fried bed tasted yummy. The omelets were excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious. The crew is friendly and were patient with us as we figured out the language and what to order. A definite stop. Just be patient. The waits worth it.
