My mom and I had a great experience staying at this very cute family owned hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the fresh towels and bottled water everyday. The A/C worked great. The location has a great view and there were two excellent places for breakfast less than a minute’s walk away. |Ernesto and Minerva were so friendly. And listen to this- my mom had lost her phone somewhere between the airport and the water taxi on the mainland so Ernesto called someone he knew at the airport to ask them to try to locate it. The phone was in airplane mode so we couldn’t track it. 2 days later Ernesto came to tell us the great news that they had found the phone! We were able to pick it up on our way out, at the airport! He was our hero!

My girlfriend and I spent 5 days in the Rainbow Hotel and we couldn’t have a better stay. The room is big, nice and clean. Everyday they changed our towels and gave us 2 bottles of water which was a great touch. The staff was amazing, helping us with everything that we asked for. The cherry on the top is the location. Rainbow Hotel has the best location possible, near everything. I can guarantee they made our stay in Caye Caulker a whole lot better!

Ernie and the Staff are awesome!!! The rooms are clean, comfortable and accessible. There is a private beach right out front, with lounge chairs. The Rainbow Bar & Grille is right next door with excellent food. You won't find a better location, everything is within walking distance.

Great people and staff make you feel right at home.|The room is clean and spacious,|good shower and cool AC. |With nice location close to everything.| Beach and loungers with a great peer to walk out and watch the sunrise. We had a great trip on the little island.|

Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, decent bathrooms with plenty of towels, very good housekeeping. We slept well - this location is as quiet as anywhere on the strip. Bicycle rental available onsite. Five minutes walk from the split, maximum ten minutes walk to anywhere else. Manager Ernesto is extremely welcoming and helpful.|Recommended

great little place to stay right on the main drag in caye caulker, short walk to the split and right across from the beach. The room was clean, good air conditioning and the maid cleaned and brought us new water bottles daily. We felt safe on the island in general but this location is in the more touristy area so we felt good about that in regards to coming home late at night. Would recommend!

It is in a strategic part of town which is accessible to everything and which has its own little beach and restaurant across the road. The Manager can arrange a golf cart taxi pickup or ride to and from airport/ferry for $5 US. Air Con worked great - and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave, although I had to buy a plate as there wasn’t one so I could eat my leftovers from restaurants. Comfy bed and pillows. It was very clean which for me is one of the most important features to look for. Nice toiletries for hair were available.

Ernie really cares! He texted that he was waiting for us to check in! We had 3 rooms. Top floor is great! Awesome views, quiet, and freezing AC. ||The restaurant across the street is fantastic and we used it to stretch out and play rummicube. ||They have lounge chairs at the beach. The cushions are in the office. ||We had family photos taken and the photos were at the Rainbow Beach! ||The location is the absolute best, right in the middle of the island. Grocery stores on either side. ||We went fishing & snorkeling and were picked up at Rainbow Dock!||Highly recommend!
