Rainbow Lodge

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable! The service was exceptional, with every detail carefully taken care of. The food was simply delicious—every meal was a delight! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and a stunning river. One of the highlights of our trip was the canoe tour through the mangrove forest, which was both serene and adventurous. The natural beauty of the area is unmatched, and the hotel team’s deep knowledge about Cambodia’s nature and culture added so much to the experience. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and connection to nature, this hotel is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to return soon! It was our favorite place in Cambodia. Please support these people to save and rescue this wonderful place Tatai River with your visit. They do everything to protect this wonderful place on earth. This is big difference to all the other places at the Tatai River.

We fell in love with this place within the first few hours of arriving. The hosts are so welcoming to their special family run lodges. The family room was spotlessly clean. They think of everything to ensure you are safe and secure in the middle of their pulsing jungle. The trips were the absolute highlight of our stay in Cambodia. The food was delicious and we even got a picnic when we left on our onward journey. We cannot recommend this place more. We enjoyed being off grid, exploring nature, clam fishing with our toes and relaxing in the hammock with a good book. There was more than this but we won’t reveal all of its delights! Our teenagers didn’t want to leave and nor did we!

Beautiful place along the river buried in jungle. The bungalows have a terrace directly in the forest yet they're super clean and well equipped.|The staff is great, making you feel like family.|They serve the best food I ever had in Cambodia.|Don't miss the trek in the jungle with a stop at the lake where you can refresh. We saw spiders, snake, gibbons...|In the mangrove tour, we ended up in a kayak, progressing among the giant roots.

This is a unique and incredible oasis in Cambodia's national park. Whether you have stayed at beaches in Thailand or Cambodia or come from the big city, temples or something else, Rainbow lodge is a perfect break from busier places.||The atmosphere is absolutely perfect for relaxing and stress relief.||At Rainbow Lodge you live in the middle of the forest with no roads leading to it and only access via the river. The cabins have own terraces and are well furnished. Everything is clean and of a good standard.||The cabins and the central pavilion are connected by board walks, and it is wonderful to be able to throw yourself in a hammock or armchair and enjoy the sound of all kinds of birds regardless of whether you are interested or not in nature as such. The staff is very welcoming, and since the place is not big, it gives a cozy and familiar atmosphere.||Rainbow Lodge offers a number of activities for both children and adults where everyone can join in regardless of experience and temperament. We went on a 3-hour hiking with a guide through the jungle to a beautiful waterfall approx. 5 km. away.||Do yourself a great favor and book a stay here!

Eco Rainbow Lodge was one of the best lodges we have ever visited. Gee and Pie Rom (the managers) really care about sustainability and we were able to learn a lot through the lodge's diverse offerings. The food is excellent and the rooms are beautifully set in the forest. Already in the morning you can enjoy the variety of bird calls. You have to be here!

Beautiful lodge where the staff are dedicated and passionate about their mission to maintain the rainforest and all its wildlife. The service is amazing, with delicious food served throughout the day. The tours offered are educational and rewarding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being surrounded by nature.

This place doesn't seem much on the outside. Actually, if you didn't know it was there, you would probably just pass by on the Preat River. As I come to think of it, I guess this is the very point of the place. Hidden from the outside, as treasures of nature often are, you need to make an effort if you want the Rainbow Lodge to reveal its secrets. I strongly recommend, that you do. If you make the effort, you and your family will get an experience of a lifetime.

Run by genuinely lovely local and foreign managers and guides. Clean and friendly with a true respect and interest in the local environment. Stunning location with a fun rope swing and platform into the river for swimming. |Adventurous but manageable jungle trekking and incredible waterfall nearby- by boat or foot for bathing, jumping and scenic photos. Some birds and snakes and other wildlife to spot and healthy home cooked Cambodian food with western Options available to order. Woukd definitely recommend
