Rainforest Cafe

I recently visited the Rainforest Café, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was breathtaking — the décor is so beautiful, immersive, and unique that it instantly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a tropical paradise. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. A special shout-out goes to Birsana, who truly stood out. She was extremely professional, kind, and made us feel so comfortable and valued. Her warm attitude and genuine care made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the Rainforest Café is a stunning place with brilliant service, delicious food, and a magical environment. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

We came with our daughter. She is 1.5 years old and loved the moving animals and when it goes dark and the rain forest comes to life. Birsana was service us and she was excellent! Very friendly our child and us. We loved the experience and will certainly be visiting Rainforest Cafe again. Highly recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Rainforest Restaurant in Malta. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The décor, the energy, and the overall ambiance made it feel like stepping into a tropical escape right in the heart of Malta. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the incredible staff—especially Birsana. She was nothing short of amazing. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, she made us feel right at home from the first moment. Her kindness and positive energy added such a personal touch to our visit. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an unforgettable time. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the hospitality—thanks to Birsana—was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend the Rainforest Restaurant more highly. I’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing and relaxing atmosphere at the restaurant. The staff is so accomodating and helpful. Lalita is very friendly and kind. She gave a good recommendation of food and cocktail. Im a single diner but never felt alone as lalita ensure im well taking care of. Her warm and friendly approach make my night memorable. Food is portion is huge but so delicious. I will definitely come back. My first visit and it didn’t disappoint me! Kuddos to the staff and special mentioned to Lalita she is really an asset.

A heartfelt thank you to Miss Birsana a truly kind and detail-oriented woman whose thoughtful recommendation made my lunch absolutely delightful. She suggested the Bombay Chicken & Shrimps, and I must say, it was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful and satisfying dish. To top it off, the atmosphere was truly unique—lush, vibrant, and immersive, as if I had stepped into a serene jungle oasis. A wonderful dining experience all around! ☺️☺️

We were looking for a place that serves fish and chips and this place came highly recommended in the list and it was close so we payed a visit. I think the fried fish was really good, you would still get better at some british restaurants but it is never the less quite good. The chips however were one of those thin and fake McD style chips that were just okay. We also had a halloumi salad which was oozing with freshness and it was quite delicious. This place would be highly recommended for families with young children but they shouldn’t be too young so the parents can effectively ask those children to restrain themselves from climbing and touching the walls and animal models!

Love the Rainforest brand. The concept is a wonderful concept as you really feel like you are inside a rainforest. It’s great for adults and kids. I usually rave about the food at Rainforest but on this occasion I ordered sweet potato fries and they weren’t cooked inside. The coconut shrimp was delicious though. I would still visit again.

Birsana was fantastic. Friendly, pofessional and most important of all, patient. She made us feel welcome, was very helpful with the children and ensured everything was perfect. Excellent service and a real asset to the restaurant.
