We recently hosted a wedding celebration at this beautiful restaurant, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and incredibly inviting — exactly what you would hope for on such a special day. The venue itself is perfect for intimate gatherings. It strikes that rare balance of feeling sophisticated yet cozy, allowing everyone to feel connected and part of the celebration. The layout created a lovely flow between dining and mingling, making the entire event feel seamless and personal. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. The waiters (Cha, Don, Jay, Edward, Jem) were absolutely excellent — attentive without being intrusive, friendly yet professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest felt comfortable and cared for. Their timing, coordination, and positive energy added so much to the overall experience. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Every course felt thoughtfully curated, and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it. This venue is absolutely worth the price. The quality of service, ambiance, and cuisine made every penny worthwhile. Everything was absolutely amazing! The place is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Huge thanks to Sir Edward and Dan for the outstanding service. The food was top-notch, especially the steak, and the portions were very generous. We will definitely be coming back again!

I waited 6 months to experience Rainforest cafe. Every visit in Pampanga, they r always full n I finally got a reservation and Don Jay was spectacular with our service and the rest of the staff. Food was delicious and quality was superb. We had the paella negra, ribeye steak, ribs and sides. All was outstanding, can’t wait to come back.

Everything was good. From reservation, communication, the food and the service. The Rainforest Signature Salad was really good. It was my favorite. The Burrata, I expected it to be a little gooey in the center though. Quattro Formaggi was so good, but cannot really taste the gorgonzola. Canneloni was tasty and has a really good contrast of that tomato sauce and creaminess. The Lamb was cooked to perfection. Just how I expected it to be. Some dishes need improvement, like the Risotto tasted meh. Very far from a Risotto consistency. I was looking forward to how the Chicken Saltimbocca would taste like but was quite disappointed. It was very far from how I remember it, maybe because chicken was used and the alfredo sauce mixed up. The Baby Back Ribs was sweet and tender, not fall of the bones though. Seafood Paella Negra was delicious, however there was a PLASTIC on the crab!! Meaning they cooked the crab tied in plastic straw. Another meehh. It was a pleasant experience. Except about that plastic. And I thought there'd be a small complimentary cake for our anniversary like what i saw and read in other reviews but nothing. Meehh.

Beautiful, aesthetic space with an inviting atmosphere. The food was excellent: the paella was rich and flavorful, the steak cooked perfectly, and the pasta tasted fresh and well-balanced. What really stood out was the personalized service—attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 🙂

The food was decent for its price and highly commend Mr. Don Jay and Edward’s service. However, I highly recommend updating the dinnerware and cutlery. The current items look quite faded and worn, which slightly detracts from the superb presentation of the meals. Overall it was still a great experience.
