Rains Inn

The executive rooms fell short of expectations. The dark color theme created an unpleasant atmosphere, and the small size felt suffocating. Additionally, despite arriving at 2:48 pm (well after the 12:30 pm check-in time), the facilities weren't well-maintained, and the rooms weren't clean.

My 2nd stay at Rains Inn. Centrally located in Guwahati this eco friendly hotel offers a neat, clean stay. The staff is super attentive and the food is homely. Overall a great value experience. Will stay again

Hotel is basic, actual rooms are bit different then photos . It was nice but basic 2 issues. Beds are too stiff for good night sleep and there is cigarette smell in all rooms

Whenever I m coming to Guwahati for a business trip, I always choose HOTEL RAINS INN, because of its strategic location, impeccable service, great complimentary breakfast, excellent behaviour of all the staff and their flexibility in allowing check in/out beyond the given timeframe. The rooms are super clean, well equipped and very specious. I will recommend everyone to experience once their hospitality. Great job hotel rains inn

I don't know about the rooms but the service of this hotel is the worst. The guy at the reception told me if I book online I have to wait till 12pm even if rooms are available but if you book offline you will get the room without waiting. Not making any sense. I reached the hotel at 9am but the reception guy gave me no option but to go for other hotel. Improve your service Rains Inn.

They served good food, but had small rooms and a much smaller single bed.

Decent hotel with good amenities. AC worked well. Bathroom was well stocked. Some water, Snacks (chips and candy), and Breakfast was complimentary. Service staff was polite and helpful but slow. Room wasn't ready until 2hr after check in time, and request for extra bed had to be made twice before being worked. In-house restaurant had good breakfast spread and okay taste. Quality of toiletries and linen was barely acceptable. Room size was good. In all, okay for the mid range price, though not a luxurious option. Location is in city center but in crowded narrow street.
