went in to exchange my bag. very quick and easy! the sales associate was very nice and helpful. I love my bag and glad I was able to exchange it with their 2 year warranty! thank you rains!

Products are good, staff seems like they could care less. Felt like I was getting ignored / interrupting their conversation even though I was the only person in the store. Also one of the employees was doodling something on the rains carry out bags (not the bags themselves but the plastic bags) didn’t notice until later. Very unprofessional all around.

Quality rainproof jackets, pants and bags in actually good looking designs for the fashion conscious crowd that wants to stay dry. But with 3 shop assistants I didn’t even get a hello, not to mention help. And when the shop is this small, and you’re trying to establish your Danish foot on the American clothing market, your employees need to be more aggressive in a friendly way and sell product! Not talk about personal lives and yesterday’s hangovers...

I had a small issue with a button of my sleek and functional raincoat and the store swapped a brand new one for me because it’s still under the two-year warranty. I am so impressed with the service as well as the product. The sales lady was warm and helpful, I will for sure return to shop more.

Just had a great experience with great product and great people but no A/C during this heatwave is really hard to accept - not only for customers but most importantly for the staff.

I purchased a bag and their return policy is 14 days I was one day late and the manager refused to take the bag back. The bags are not very practical at all inside the bag has no pockets. The bag is also uncomfortable when wearing it over your shoulder. The bags are waterproof but it does not meet its purpose. Do not recommend it . Sorry Rain Company!

Imagine the scene: my partner and I, practically ghost-like, utterly disregarded by a quartet of sales 'experts', one possibly crowned as the manager. Engrossed in their phones, probably debating the complexities of TikTok or pioneering the next big text message. Utterly astounding! A masterclass in customer neglect. How such a business model thrives is a modern marvel. But not to fret, surely the investors are just itching to withdraw their funds once they catch wind of the exquisite cheapness of it all.
