The customer service at this store is amazing! I brought in a weekender bag that I received as a gift last spring because it was starting to warp around the handle. I explained the situation to River and he was able to switch my bag out for a new one. I’m so grateful that the situation was resolved so easily, and I’d definitely shop here again!

work in the area and usually walk by to my train around 5 PM daily. The shop seems pricey so I never stopped in but boy am I glad I did. I decided to stop in after all the times walking by to finally see what was offered. One of the associates Brianna seemed very knowledgeable of the brand when assisting me with a potential new backpack. Their items are completely waterproof & comes with a lengthy 2 year warranty and they seem well made. I guess time will tell if my new backpack will hold up but great experience overall.

I came into the store looking for a new bag and the sales associate Brianna was extremely helpful and patient. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the brand, and allowed me to take my time in the store. because of my excellent experience, I ended up purchasing two bags. One for myself and one for my wife. We will be returning.

Got a bag, rain jacket and two backpacks from the location in Belmont Park Village. Great quality and beautiful colors. The store manager Matthew is also very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fashionable rain gear.
