We were in the Superking room at the top of the house. Wonderful views to the rear, sunshine was an added bonus. The bathroom walk-in shower is great. Fridge with honesty mini bar, tea, coffee cookies! Very comfortable bed. ||Breakfast selection is supe, the quality and service is excellent. A great location 10 minute walk into the centre of grassmere. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Raise Veiw.||This is a place we will return to and recommend to our family and friends.

Excellent well run Boutique B & B by Jacky. Wonderful views from all of the bedrooms, exceptionally well appointed plus quiet location too. ||Quality choice of breakfast and close to Grasmere village that's a few minutes walk away which has an array of independent shops and restaurants. ||Highly recommend.

The welcome was friendly, the decor is beautiful. The bed was so comfy and the rooms have everything you need with little thoughtful touches. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The best part … The views across Helm Cragg are totally stunning. Would recommend.

Our stay at Raise View was wonderful for my Birthday weekend and exceeded our expectations. A lovely breakfast! Jacky was so accommodating with regards to gluten free. The B&B was spotless and so comfortable with lovely views of Helm Crag from our bedroom. |We will definitely return!

My son bought me and my husband a voucher for a stay at Raise View after reading such positive reviews - it didn't disappoint! A perfect location with amazing views, beautiful furnishings and Jacky is a wonderful host who cooked us a delicious breakfast. I would recommend a stay here to anyone and we hope to return again.
