This little beautiful hotel is near everything for those who wanna spend their summer exploring. View from the balcony is at the sea side and there is Večka kula im front, very nice and old little fortress. Food was lovely, domestic. Neat and cosy place for sure. Plenty of stores, beaches and other facilities including town offer for summer which was also huge for a small town like Stari Grad. We went on Safari trip, it was worth it. The whole area is beautiful and nature is breathtaking. The owners are always around and ready to help.

We had breakfast and some activities ( walking in nature park paklenika and biking) in this hotel. It is very close to the park, the owner is really friendly and explains the activities very thoroughly. For each of the activities, we also got a complementary free lunch pack, and he even gave us some advice about the plitvice lakes that we were going to visit afterwards. Breakfast was also good, you have different types of melon, flavored water, various bread options and you could choose which types of eggs you wanted and they made you a fresh batch. The only thing that was a bit less good was the hot chocolate milk, but everything else was really nice

Although it was a short holiday I can only share a positive experience. The hotel has a pleasant almost family atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly and approachable. The hotel is clean and tidy. Additional praise for very delicious domestic products. Apart from the accommodation and staff, I definitely have to praise the Velebit Photo Safari - a full day trip. I was very happy with our host Marin who took us on a very interesting and professional tour and a big thank you for sharing with us all the details and curiosities related to the attractive locations. I look forward to meeting you again!

The rooms were surprisingly a lot bigger than they looked on photos and the view is incredible to wake up to. The breakfast is very nice and the coffee is even nicer. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room even had a stove so we made fresh mussels one night. Perfect location and the rental mountain bikes are really good quality bikes. Definitely would stay again. 10/10 holiday

We rented mountain bikes one day and kayaks another day. Very good quality equipment and very very friendly people. We were with kids and it was a great and easy experience! Highly recommend!

Probably the best small hotel in Starigrad. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Nice room with balcony and perfect breakfasts!||The hotel is owned by local family for many, many years. We got great tips for hiking from the owner.||You can also rent a safari day tour in jeeps around the area, especially if you are a fan of Winetou movies, you will enjoy it!||You can rent many other things like bikes or kajaks or climbing guide. ||The only small negative thing was the noise from the road next to the hotel. We slept with ear plugs and it was fine. Also would be good to install mosquito net on the balcony doors.||Overall it is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the big crowded beach hotel. The owners are great people. ||

We stayed there in november 2015, which is out of season for climbing in Paklenica National Park. However hotel Rajana was open and it suited our needs well. Large, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, generous breakfast from which we made our lunch meals. Decent restaurant. We had all our meals there. The last evening they served fresh grilled fish which was exceptional. Good local beer and wines. Not expensive. Wi-Fi ok in the rooms but better in the restaurant area. What else can you ask for? The park entrance is very close to the hotel.

Decent clean hotel but I found the facilities rather basic. What is certainly true is that the views are excellent over the sea at the front and towards the mountains at the rear.||The food was nourishing and ample.||The air con worked well and was not too noisy so I got a good nights sleep on the 3 nights I stayed. I felt that the furniture was too simple especially in the bathroom where the shower screen was at the opposite end of the bath from the shower. Therefore wet and slippery floors. The lack of a lift might put some guests off. ||Immeadiately over the road was an open area with fields harbouring some lovely butterflies and a good walk down to the sea. But not to a sandy beach.
