We arrived around 9.30pm on Friday night at the Rajput where it was fairly busy but they sat us straight away.
The first thing that strikes you about this restaurant is that it is pretty tiny. It can probably hold a maximum of 30 diners at once. Obviously this translates into quite an intimate atmosphere and also a sense of cuteness.
The service was good, the food was good, I think it was pretty reasonably priced but can't really remember. I would certainly come again. The only possible downside is the labyrinthian journey to toilet. The higgledy piggledy trail , I believe, is a sort of time machine and will transport you to the toilet which is back in the 1970's. Flush, wash your hands and when you leave you'll be escorted back to the present day.
