Visited on a weekday evening with my partner, who insisted on trying this place because of its stellar reviews and popularity among foreign tourists. True to its reputation, the place was bustling with food lovers, even on a random weekday.
We couldn’t get outdoor seating, but the indoor area was equally fascinating. The walls are a canvas of creativity—covered with names, quotes, scribbles, paintings, and graffiti left by previous visitors, giving the place a quirky and artsy vibe.
We ordered a pizza, honey lemon soda, and the chef’s special soufflé. While the honey lemon soda and soufflé were decent, the pizza was a letdown. It had an overpowering camphor-like smell in every bite, which didn’t work for us. The food seems tailored to suit Western tourists’ palates, so it might feel a bit bland for local tastes.
Overall, it was an okay visit.
