Rakkan Ramen Nishi Azabu

It s a quiete , nice place , hidden in a small street that serve a nice ramen in clear broth . Noodle are thin but very firm . Perfect . Nothing greasy. I don’t get how people can put less than 5 star. For people who want stay far from crowd and have something perfect in his simplicity, this would be the place to be. Also , the Slice of meat were the best I have in 3 weeks in Japan . Nothing FAT . Maybe not the best ramen for everyone But definetely a ramen to try as one of the best for his genre . And also much appreciated supporting a small business owner .

Really good seasonal miso ramen. Soup is rich with complex taste. Slightly spicy even though I ordered the non spicy one. Beef has nice texture and flavor. Tucked in a backstreet corner, quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the "optimistic" ramen.

Very cool little spot, awesome vibe inside and fantastic ramen. The broth was so lovey with a nice depth of umami flavour, this was my first time trying this style of ramen, I ordered the Amber. My friend is from Tokyo and said this place is his favorite and I now know why. 100% recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Craving some Tokyo-style soy-based ramen today, I headed to a spot in Roppongi—and it didn’t disappoint. I went for their signature soy-sauce broth ramen, while my friend tried the summertime limited clam truffle salt broth. Both bowls were executed beautifully, from the depth of the broth to the texture of the noodles. Definitely an underrated place, and I’m glad I could enjoy a high-quality bowl without having to wait in line.

This place was hard to find but it was a good find. The place is so nice and as Japanese as you can get it. You can taste the quality and it just tastes very clean. The service is good old Japanese service and they’re very courteous. The ordering system is easy to use and the place is clean.

Soft chewy ramen with a delicious broth! Great little neighbourhood Ramen spot, very affordable and small menu with multiple sides. Great drinks selection too! Order via vending machine and chef prepares promptly. Definitely recommend if in the area!

Delicious light shoyu ramen packed with flavor. Smooth flavorful noodles, light but flavorful broth, topped with delicious chashu, egg and diced onions. It’s a bit off the beaten path and is a small spot with only a few seats. It has an upscale vibe to it and is really quite good.

Tokyo is famous for しょうゆ ramen, and this ramen shop is one I would definitely revisit again. The soup base is clear with rich soy sauce with oil, but not greasy at all, and the Chasiu is burnt a little bit which brings out good favour with the ramen. It’s a shop in back street in Roppongi, hiding in the concrete jungle. It’s like a oasis in the desert and you will surely fall in love with this decent ramen shop.
