Such a stunning store, just a shame I won't be back to this location. I have been a Ralph Lauren regular for years, I mean who isn't? Was excited to shop at this store I've heard so many great things about (decor wise). I walked in started picking up a few items to try on, I picked up a size 6 coat, and a blonde lady came from behind and said, Can I get you another size? I said no that's okay it's my size, she said, Is it ? It fit me perfectly when I finally tried it on, she was hovering right outside the dressing room, I got a phone call and when I wasn't answering her she came in???? What? I said EXCUSE ME? She said oh you weren't answering ? So you come in my room? I continued to try on, was so crowded, I was waiting on my fiancé that was there on business, he finally came in, asked where I was, then he asked Jill, the rude lady "helping" me, if he could use the restroom, she said oh sorry we don't have any here. You will have to go across the street to the coffee shop? How is that true when guests just used them? I guess they didn't know he was with me ? But had a dressing room full of stuff ? SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. So he went to the restroom, across the street, I got dressed and walked out Jill asked so are you going to buy anything ? I said I would but now I need to go across the street with my fiancé. I love the Houston store and the Dallas location, we live in Texas, we frequent the Polo Bar in NYC, we will not be back to this location and not recommend it with Jill working she doesn't represent Ralph Lauren at all well. That's not the brand. Also reached out to the manager just to let him know, Chris, he put me on hold mid conversation, didn't really care, asked for my info, I am assuming to look up my account, I gave him a bogus name, he was stalling, asked for my number and said uhm yeah, uhm okay, uhm so someone will reach out to you. ???? He barely said goodbye to me on the phone. Where did they find this team ? What a joke, corporate please reach out to me.
