The store was really cute and styled really good for the holidays. I actually loved it a lot but the staff wasn’t the nicest. I came in with my friend and nobody really greeted us and I could tell they maybe didn’t treat us the same way as they treated their older customers. It was just upsetting because I am younger and was wanting to maybe get something special to take home. Love the brand still but was a little bit disheartened.

I am obsessed with this store. This is probably my favorite Ralph Lauren in the country. Quintessential Aspen vibes throughout, classic and timeless fashion items (that also work if you are a tall girl like me!) Beautiful quality and the store presentation is great. Highly recommend visiting if you are looking to shop on a trip to Aspen.

The entire staff was extremely rude and would not even acknowledge us or say hello. Awful shopping experience. We left and did not buy anything because of the negative demeanor. We went in Friday morning 1/9/26 at opening. Do better!

This Ralph Lauren location is one of the most beautiful retail clothing stores that we have ever been in. The layout and displays within this store are absolutely fantastic! My son walked out with a very nice pair of dress pants for school.

Beautiful store but PLEASE why don't you have a baby/kid section!? Just a small display with the best pieces, like the heritage intarsia knits and some bears, some baby shoes, the special stuff. I held off on buying a few RL pieces for my son because I wanted to pick them up in Aspen as souvenirs. I'm sure plenty of people would love a small kid's collection at this gorgeous store! Staff was really kind & I loved the tiny puppy you had 💙

Workers just ignored us which is fine. High quality clothes at luxury prices.

As you try on various articles of clothing expect straight advice as to what looks good on you, - colors that are complimentary, and what styles best reflect you. Wanna go window shopping this is the place I want to break your budget. This is the place. Amazing clothes. Oh my God do yourself a favor. Don't touch the material. It's amazing. Very very rude employees and management. Spoke to employee Chris, he was snippy, condescending and rude. Chris was not helpful and basically ignored me when I was asking a question. The manager watched this happen and did nothing about it. For an upscale brand like Ralph Lauren to hire rude (and I believe racist) is mind boggling. Chris should be fired.

We've been coming to this RL store for a while. Sam is great, he is so helpful and always does his best to help the clients. What a genuine & great guy! I've been to many RL stores in different states and Aspen store has the best customer service. First Class.

Such a stunning store, just a shame I won't be back to this location. I have been a Ralph Lauren regular for years, I mean who isn't? Was excited to shop at this store I've heard so many great things about (decor wise). I walked in started picking up a few items to try on, I picked up a size 6 coat, and a blonde lady came from behind and said, Can I get you another size? I said no that's okay it's my size, she said, Is it ? It fit me perfectly when I finally tried it on, she was hovering right outside the dressing room, I got a phone call and when I wasn't answering her she came in???? What? I said EXCUSE ME? She said oh you weren't answering ? So you come in my room? I continued to try on, was so crowded, I was waiting on my fiancé that was there on business, he finally came in, asked where I was, then he asked Jill, the rude lady "helping" me, if he could use the restroom, she said oh sorry we don't have any here. You will have to go across the street to the coffee shop? How is that true when guests just used them? I guess they didn't know he was with me ? But had a dressing room full of stuff ? SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. So he went to the restroom, across the street, I got dressed and walked out Jill asked so are you going to buy anything ? I said I would but now I need to go across the street with my fiancé. I love the Houston store and the Dallas location, we live in Texas, we frequent the Polo Bar in NYC, we will not be back to this location and not recommend it with Jill working she doesn't represent Ralph Lauren at all well. That's not the brand. Also reached out to the manager just to let him know, Chris, he put me on hold mid conversation, didn't really care, asked for my info, I am assuming to look up my account, I gave him a bogus name, he was stalling, asked for my number and said uhm yeah, uhm okay, uhm so someone will reach out to you. ???? He barely said goodbye to me on the phone. Where did they find this team ? What a joke, corporate please reach out to me.

The kindest employees providing excellent customer service! We weren't looking to do any big shopping, but just ran in to grab a hat and scarf due to our lack of good packing. Even when they learned we weren't in to make a huge purchase, they continued to chat about various things and gave us some fun facts about Ralph Lauren's place in Telluride. We enjoyed the hospitality and kindness and this reassured us that our favorite store was our favorite for a reason.

Excellent Customer Service! I called the store looking for a particular item. Adrian Reyes went the extra mile & found the last one in the size I needed. He then packaged it beautifully & quickly shipped it out to me with a note & a copy of the receipt. He also emailed me the tracking number. I had also ordered an item from the NYC store & had it shipped - No tracking & when it finally arrived it was enclosed in a torn plastic bag w/ no receipt & took over a week to arrive. If I need to order from RL again the Aspen store will definitely be my first call. Thank you!
