Magnifique! I love how Ralph Lauren maintained the interior design befitting of the Saint-Germain-des-Pres neighborhood. Anyone who visits the neighborhood should come and visit the store, even if you don’t buy anything.

Ralph Lauren is my favorite brand and it's mostly all that I wear. I was happy to visit the flagship store. The store itself is beautiful and set up very nicely. It doesn't even look like a store, it looks like you're walking through somebody's fancy house or a nice museum. At first, I missed the entrance because I thought it was a luxury hotel. However, the clothes here are extremely expensive and seem to be for people that are willing to spend a lot of money. If you're a casual shopper, you will not like what you find in this store. If you're a big fan of Ralph Lauren, ensure that you visit and walk around. The items might be expensive, but the experience of seeing the store is definitely worth it. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but we did not check that out as you need a reservation.

Definitely the worst shopping experience we had in Paris. The staff let us wait on the front of the shop when we asked for a paraplu, because apparently we were not ‘trendy’ enough to enter… Even though they clearly had the product we asked for they chose to NOT sell it to us after letting us wait and lie about the availability. They even told us to go to a supermarket 2 times, even though we were very clear and respectful. I was really shocked to see that you can be judged so hard just because you are not wearing any ‘big’ brands. The store looked good but it is a big staff problem. To be honest I would rather die than to come back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. If zero stars was a possibility I would give it to this place for sure!

Overall, I found the styles I wanted. I did exchange some clothes that I had NEVER worn, all within the exchange policy. But one advisor never understood me when I explained my requests, and she didn’t even ask other advisors for help. Instead, she just asked me, “Did you already wear it?” and started checking the clothes. I don’t know what that means. That was kind of offensive. She treated me like I was some teenager ruining her Loro Piana when in fact, I had literally bought them the day before and paid like 30 percent MORE for the new items I chose Aside from this one person, other advisors were very helpful and encouraged me to find the exchanges I wanted. But returning within policy is completely legitimate, and customers shouldn’t have to tell themselves life sucks just have to endure it when they’ve bought the wrong style

First time we went there it was a Friday and we had no reservation so we were not allowed in even for the bar, the staff was rude and I didn’t appreciate that. Have heard so much about the place we booked for dinner on a Thursday night, by the time we reached there we were not hungry and switched for dessert and cocktails which was okay with the manager. The outside garden is just like in the middle of a garden which is very nice and relaxing. Tables are but close to each other but not causing any disturbance. For the service a big respect as when we were there we heard lots of glass breaking in the kitchen but the whole staff stayed calm and orders were received timely. The dessert was really good and loved the vibes, even the people around were all sitting for good time so there was no rotation for the tables. Considering a Thursday the whole place outside was booked and half of it inside. A nice place to try.

Ralph Lauren Paris Flagship Store is not just an ordinary Ralph Lauren, however it feels like a very beautiful townhouse, it takes you to the old times and definitely deliver that old money vibe that Ralph Lauren always have. It offers everything you’re looking for from Polo Ralph Lauren, Purple Label, RRL and more. Even if you’re not buying anything make sure to visit the inside.

One of the best shopping experiences in Paris so far. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable of the products. I highly recommend this store.

This is probably one of Ralph Lauren’s best stores in terms of design and atmosphere—absolutely stunning. However, I believe the staff could really benefit from some basic training in professional ethics. They were quite rude and inattentive. If a familiar customer walks in, they immediately shift all their attention and leave others waiting. It felt more like a small local boutique than a globally recognized brand. Honestly, we were disappointed.
