I am writing this review for the Hotel Ramakrishna. I recently visited Mumbai and was searching for a hotel to stay near Ville Parle Station, close to the airport. I found this good hotel to stay. I booked the hotel on call with some token amount. It is a very good hotel with good facilities (except no complementary water bottles). They have good rooms (saw 2-3 rooms and selected the one good for me). The rooms are clean with a working AC and good lighting. The washroom was clean with an ample amount of water supply. I did not see any cockroaches or mosquitoes in the room. The staff is courteous and helpful. They have multiple options in buffet breakfast, which they arrange in Shabri (inhouse restaurant). Adding some photos of the hotel, forget to take photos of the room.

One of the oldest and one of the best pure vegetarian south indian restaurants in Vile Parle, just opposite to Vile Parle railway station. They serve all meals and everything is delicious. I highly recommend their south indian dishes like idli, medu wada, dosas and so on. Even tea and coffee, sorry filter coffee is really good... Every time we order breakfast, snacks, sandwiches, chaat or even pav bhaji. Filter coffee is a must at the end.

It's a really good restaurant to have veg food. Their are specialty is fast food snacks. They have over it of dosa idli and chat options. Located on the vile Parle station Road so it is easily accessible the only drawback is that there is no parking. The staff is really good and the service very fast. Food is excellent and the quantity is worth the amount that you pay. All the items are very reasonably priced. The filter coffee is a must have at this place. They even replaced our Dahi Samosa Chat with Samosa Bhel without charging us.

Went there on Sunday morning around 8:30 and it was quite crowded, although, they have sufficient seating (sharing table). I tried their Mysore masala dosa and it was very different and interesting. First of all, considering that the restaurant claims to be a South Indian joint, this was a shock. It missed the red/orange Mysore chatani inside the dosa, which is my favourite, and instead haf a green chatani made from fresh coconut. The masala also was more of kurma with less potato and more coconut and other stuff. Although, the taste was not bad, but I wouldn’t suggest trying this if you really want to have Mysore masala dosa.

Good food, chaotic place. Food is good, but place is chaotic, always filled to the brim with people, noise is disturbing. Waiters and staff are good, but lack hygiene, and may spill something on your nice clothes in a hurry. Prices are reasonable, and the place is great for all meals, if one can withstand chaos.

I wanted to visit this place situated right in front of Vile Parle station for a many time now. However my start to the dining experience here was not that good as the Munchau soup did not taste that good and I was left disappointed. I again was not happy when I saw there are no Tandoori starters on the menu. However things changed when I ordered for the starters and they were just amazing, something I had never tasted before. Be called for Aloo Paratha, Panipuri, Paneer chilli, veg crispy, Paneer Hakka And all of them tasted just amazing. The mains were even better in the form of Paneer Musallam and Veg Kadai. For the rice section, I ordered the veg bought rice and it was just out of the world. My overall experience at this place was amazing apart from the soup taste. However I would like to go here again and taste other options available in Jain as well. Would surely recommend this place for families and friends on a get together and looking out for some good food and better taste experience.
