Ramada by Wyndham Bucharest Parc

Stayed here for a few days during a city break. My twin room was spotlessly clean, had a very large and varied selection of tea and coffee (although the coffee was awful) and had a decent TV with very effective air-conditioning. The decor was quite late 90s, but it felt like quite good quality so I was very pleased. Very well connected area for the price, and the breakfast was superb. I would like to add however that, towards the end of service many items were very cold. Proper ground coffee machines were provided here, and there were a couple of different beans available, which was a nice touch. More hashbrowns next time, please!

The hotel has no atmosphere, although we stayed here over NYE. When you drink in the bar, it feels like drinking in a hallway. The bar staff sit down where the customers should be. The only option to get water is 16 ron per 330m bottle. The restraunt doesn't have fresh juice or draught beer as advertised on the menu, and the coffee is vile and 22 ron. the wifi in the room doesn't work well and cuts out regularly. The pillows are old and lumpy. The heater doesn't work well, and it sounds like you have a generator in the room. The restraunt staff beg for tips, which is just uncomfortable. the spa is filled with kids and cost 11 euro to go in. It's not included with the hotel and is filled with small kids . The bath has no plug, so you can't bathe. The receptionist is incompetentent and when wanting to upgrade, they say talk to booking.com. I talked to booking.com, they called the hotel multiple times and got no answer. This place is a joke, and i will never stay at this hotel chain again. Soup is vile.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool was great, the restaurant where we had dinner was excellent, breakfast was satisfactory, and our room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located at a business district in Bucharest. It’s walkable to most major entreprises. Rooms are a bit dated but the amenities are great. Breakfast and the pool are very decent. Pool is only available for access for business class room residents.

The worst hotel I've ever met! the quality of the services is very bad and the staff can barely cope. The rooms were not completely cleaned, the food at the restaurant is very mediocre, they do not select their customers correctly, they accept foreigners who disturb the peace and do nothing about it, and the bathrooms have bathtubs but you cannot take a bath😅. the hotel does not deserve a single star and I will definitely never come here again! quality-price does not compensate, better stay at the airbnb. I do not recommend!!!! Even a star doesn’t deserve this review. Avoid this hotel!

The experience had in this Ramada Plaza Bucharest, during those hours of participation in a meeting, was a terrible one, unrepeatable. I do not recommend this hotel at least considering this aspect.||The Restaurant area of this hotel is populated by unprofessional, extremely rude staff, with gross attitudes, being careless and unable to understand a simple, common situation(s). Moreover, the Restaurant “professionals” does not know how to interact with customers, and they proved unable to offer a simple solution to a simple situation in their area of activity. Their approach and communication with customers are not even up to that level of an ordinary neighborhood pub. ||The employee at the Reception desk, to a simple question about the swimming pool schedule in this hotel just turned out to be hostile and unpleasantly surprised, inviting me to consult the Internet if I am looking for details. The obtuseness and incoherence of this employee's answers, the unprofessionalism and arrogance with which she treats customers were completely incomprehensible. ||However, If you to leave and to pay for parking, get ready to have a surprise, because it seems that the news of card payment has not reached this hotel. You will be in the situation of only cash payments for the parking, and obviously any detail with reference to this aspect asked at the Reception desk will clash with the arrogance, ineptitude and rudeness of the person behind the counter. ||Anyway, as a short summary, if you really want to experience unprofessional, rude behavior that has nothing to do with the hospitality industry, the Ramada Plaza Bucharest Hotel is the ideal place! Old hotel with pretty outdated rooms and no signs of recent improvements. TV had no channels, no way to adjust temperature în the room, and pretty much far from anything. Shared facilities were good, extra changes for pool, sauna, gym

The reception staff is kind of unpolite and unrespectful. They seem bored and uninterested. As for the spa, it is accessible to people who also do not stay in the hotel, probably for a fee. Therefore, some uneducated people also have access. We had a good time until some old guy started screaming at us to enter the sauna faster and said bad words in romanian thinking that we do not understand romanian. Choose who you allow to use your services better as they can destroy other people's opinion about your business and their entire trip.
