Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the city center, it’s just a few steps to the bus stop, easy to reach nearby popular attractions. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can basically get everything you need for breakfast. If you don’t feel like eating from the convenience store, you can also walk to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay! Also, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel is my top choice for accommodation in Jeju Island, highly recommend!

This is one of the WORST hotel we have come across in life. The front desk person is very unfriendly & does not have the welcoming attitude (not even a smile). No bell boy to help with the bags. The floor carpets are extremely dirty & unclean with stains all over. Their ac in the room are not working & only heaters working. But it’s so suffocating & feels breathless. When asked for help at the reception the man without a smile said open your windows & sleep. How rudely he responded, but their reception is chill cold and when tried calling the manager there is no response from him as well. I request anyone who is intending to come to Ramada Wyndham Jeju Hamdeok NOT to book here ever. I rate this hotel as the most disgusting & disappointing hotel in Jeju. Waste of money

Good hotel with a nice location — plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, breakfast options are limited for Muslim guests, as halal food choices are very few.

Room was nice, but I'm very surprised and disappointed this hotel doesn't have wine glasses and seems to be unable to provide a room key which will work consistently. Breakfast very mediocre and no non- dairy milk available.

The hotel itself was fine. It was acceptable and up to the standard you would expect for what you are paying. The service was not good at all. The staff members were all rude and blunt. Nobody would smile and they all looked like they hated their jobs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great is there are 711 next door and easy access to. Good that there are 2 EV Charges in the Hotel, although it slow charged but it better then nothing. Hotel easy to find and easy to park. Room is standard and comfortable.

We got this place for a competitive price and it was nothing short of fantastic. The location was amazing, the food was excellent and the rooms were exceptional. The only problem we had here was with the parking as we usually leave our rooms early and reach back late in the night. This caused the basement parking to get filled up and we had to go to another parking lot which was a couple of kilometres away. Not a big deal breaker but worth mentioning nevertheless. The place was also well accessible and had a lot of good spots within reachable distance.

Super clean rooms, super convenient parking service with nice uncles to help, good location with a 24hrs convenience store just downstairs, and no disposables which is good for the earth!
