Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall

The only annoying thing was that, when we were finishing breakfast, a restaurant employee came to our table and rudely cleared our plates away. I understand that breakfast ends at a certain time, but couldn't they have let the passengers finish eating? We didn't think to go back for more food because we assumed it was over when we saw the staff clearing the buffet plates, but they could have at least let the passengers eat and swallow their food. it was a guy with glasses.

This is one of the WORST hotel we have come across in life. The front desk person is very unfriendly & does not have the welcoming attitude (not even a smile). No bell boy to help with the bags. The floor carpets are extremely dirty & unclean with stains all over. Their ac in the room are not working & only heaters working. But it’s so suffocating & feels breathless. When asked for help at the reception the man without a smile said open your windows & sleep. How rudely he responded, but their reception is chill cold and when tried calling the manager there is no response from him as well. I request anyone who is intending to come to Ramada Wyndham Jeju Hamdeok NOT to book here ever. I rate this hotel as the most disgusting & disappointing hotel in Jeju. Waste of money

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the city center, it’s just a few steps to the bus stop, easy to reach nearby popular attractions. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can basically get everything you need for breakfast. If you don’t feel like eating from the convenience store, you can also walk to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay! Also, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel is my top choice for accommodation in Jeju Island, highly recommend!

The hotel was fine. The bed and pillows are comfortable enough for a few days, but decor is drab and dated yet clean. There isn't much around in the area to walk to, but you are central enough to get a taxi to places without much difficulty.

Good hotel with a nice location — plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, breakfast options are limited for Muslim guests, as halal food choices are very few.

Quiet hotel but our floor did not seem to have a tour group which may have helped. Comfortable beds. Parking is tight for a big van but doable.

The overall room size was comfortable. Although the car park services end daily at 9pm, the attendant was kind enough to let us park.

Room was nice, but I'm very surprised and disappointed this hotel doesn't have wine glasses and seems to be unable to provide a room key which will work consistently. Breakfast very mediocre and no non- dairy milk available.
