Ramada by Wyndham Jeju Hamdeok

Ramada needs to review properties under their name. This property is a nice three star, but needs more attention to condition. The hallways look they have not been cleaned in many years. The bathroom toilet leaks. The shower head leaks. The closet doors are broken. Room barely gets warm. Not a nice view of parking garage. As usual the only handicap accessible rooms are on the bottom floor and limited to one. We are able to pay for the best, but no options. The owner appears to be doing well in his $300k plus Maybach parked in front every night. Maybe he needs to look at his property more.

Extremely disappointing . Sad to say Ramada's expected standards NOT maintained for a 4 star hotel. Staff look unhappy to have guest in the hotel. Dont even smile to greet guest. Rooms get stuffy and the AC doesn't work as they say that only heating is "on" in the entire hotel. Reading the other reviews seems they have been this way a long time and have NO INTENTION to change. A motel would have better service than them.

The bed was clean and comfortable. There is a machine at the reception to register, friendly man showed me how to check-in using it. There is no underfloor heating in the room. The area is lovely and not far from the beach.

Stayed here for two days and switch 3 rooms. The rooms are have mold growing inside the lamps. The walls have food splash and the carpets are filthy dirty. Attached some pics.

We had an amazing stay in Ramada hotel. The location is very convenient to explore the island. The staff is nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room is clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Not a bad hotel. It's a bit removed from the main part of town but with that comes more calm and quiet. It is located a 5 min walk from the sea. The rooms are spacious and the balcony and seaview is really nice, just keep in mind these rooms face the main street and there may be noise from that. The rooms were clean enough. The soundproofing was a bit lacking but was acceptable. I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area.
