Opinion: Work from hotel packages are a natural evolution for the industry - SilverKris

"An example of creative ancillary offerings within the hotel group, this family-focused property features a kids-themed room outfitted with a play castle and car-shaped beds, demonstrating how themed accommodations are used to attract families and generate additional revenue. The offering is presented as part of a wider strategy—alongside day-use rooms and specialty packages—to diversify services and appeal to guests seeking novel, experience-driven stays." - Rachel Eva Lim

I cannot know how the hotel looks in real life but due to my local situation with labour strike and wrong number of passengers, I had to contact the hotel. I emailed them two nights before for payment and customer number check but they didn't reply... And finally cancelled the reservation. There are many hotels so it doesn't matter whether they cancel it or not but at least customer service wasn't so brilliant.

Considering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone. Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles.

Horrible stay. Walls are moldy, bed sheets are not clean as if there are bed bugs in it. Itching all over. Air con not working, even if it’s off, cold air is coming out. Lights are not functioning at times.

Older hotel. Sauna is just for men. The gym isn't open. Didn't have hot water when I arrived. Very dusty. Close to many restaurants. Nice sized room. Great desk for working.

Only issue i had was that, lights went out at 0603 and there was no one at the front desk. Also, water wasn’t hot the previous day. Had to turn the shower on and waited for 5mins for it to get hot

Good location: able to walk to lots of good restaurants and a lot of variety of cuisines to choose from. Good amount of parking. As far as the rooms and other hotel areas: some minor updating and a good cleaning is needed. Rooms are dingy and not clean. Everything looks like that at some time in the past it was a very nice hotel to stay with high end accommodations. Currently I would say that it is a 2.5 star hotel. A far as the service: we didn't have much need for service, but for check-in we arrived at the front desk 10 minutes before the check-in time and we could get pre-checked in and assigned a room, but the front desk person would not give us our key until it was after 3 (5 minutes to go)... along with 10 other groups of guests who were also waiting for their key... never experienced that before in any other hotel in Korea...

Caution: It may not truly qualify as a four-star establishment, and I'm uncertain about how Google or the hotel itself categorizes it. My choice to stay at this hotel was influenced by an early morning flight and the ability to utilize my Chase Ultimate Reward points, which amounted to approximately $99 per night. Given Ramada's reputation as a reputable brand and the promising photos on Google, I believed it to be a secure option. However, upon arrival, it became evident that the hotel had retained its original appearance from the 1970s or 1980s, with no recent renovations. While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, it undeniably bore the marks of time. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the hotel is not situated on the same island as the airport. Consequently, travelers must still cross the Incheon Bridge, resulting in a 30-minute commute between the hotel and the airport. If I were to book accommodations for a similar purpose in the future, I would opt for a hotel on Yeongjong-do (island), despite the potentially higher cost. Because I was traveling with my parents and requested a room with two beds, the hotel obliged. However, the beds provided were disappointingly small. I had anticipated a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, but instead, we received one twin-sized bed and one single-sized bed. This arrangement led to my parents needing to be cautious not to encroach upon each other's sleeping space.
