Ramada by Wyndham Tashkent

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Ramada Tashkent and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were modern and immaculately clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Ms. Wards and Mr. Rustam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

This is not even 3 star! The toilet doesn’t flush, and I tried to have a bath with my very expensive salts and it drained as quickly as it filled taking the salts with it. It’s an embarrassment, I’ve never seen anything like this… a ‘luxury’ hotel without working bathrooms.

This is not a 4 star hotels it is a prison. Such small room with no place to keep suitcase then we had to put the table outside. It was a seriously horror suffocating night. Air conditioning not working . Window didn't open properly. Almost died staying here. The bathroom was so tiny couldn't move. We stayed here only for the indian restaurant but that restaurant was one of the worst indian restaurant in uzbekistan. We ate 100% better indian foods at samarkand, bukhara, ugrench. The medical college mess in ugrench had great food. Seriously worst stay of my life. I feel like I can breathe once I left this room. They Ruined my night. Find a better place to stay.

Really a pathetic place and worst services, the air conditioning was not working and the rooms were suffocating and upon complaint the staff replied to please open the window for circulation as central air conditioning was set to hot only.. Ramada should take action otherwise their reputation is at stake.. Never ever again shall I book this disgusting hotel

Beautiful hotel with good spacious rooms. The staffs are very humble and cooperative. Good Indian foods available . Manager Mitali is very aggressive and behaves very rudely. She does not even respond to guests call. Housekeeping staffs are not trained properly . They need to understand the difference between "change of bedsheets" and "Making Bed" . Room cleaning expertise is also not upto the mark .

Good hotel to stay especially with group tours. Full of tourist and worldwide delegates. Means this is important location and good hotel. Clean cozy and most of the room refurbish compare to my last visit in 2016. The only thing was some of the room toilet liking and most probably old pipe system. Anyway... they served good hot breakfast, and verity of food. Irish pub at the lower ground .. open till midnight. Overall the location is great . Hotel in quiet area. Walking distance to few nearby places such as restaurants, parks and easy excess. Friendly and super helpful staff. Big thanks to their very good team who made our group stay very pleasant and made me feel to stay here again soon. They are very profesional, effecient, and full of passion.
