If I could give zero stars I would.
My partner and I stayed here for our two year anniversary.
The first room we were placed in had a view of the apartments across the road and an air conditioning unit that made the most obnoxious noise.
We had no other option but to ask to move rooms.
In the second room, when it came to have a shower, the water was freezing cold. After calling reception, at 8:55pm, the lady said to “turn off the hot water system and wait 5 minutes.”
After waiting, still no hot water, we tried to call her back but of course reception closed.
(All part of her plan, if you ask me).
We were forced to take a cold shower at night and in the morning in the middle of winter.
First world problems I know, but when you pay over $200 for a night stay at a ‘nice’ hotel you would at least expect a hot shower.
Don’t bother going here, waste of money!!
