This hotel is very comfortable to stay at. Everything is convenient as you walk around and take it all in. Rooms are Spacious and immaculate, The staff are very Friendly and approachable. Daniel at reception was amazing on my arrival with my elderly mother. he was very welcoming . The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was also great with a huge variety to choose from . Paul the Guest Services Manager is amazing as well as professional which is a credit to your business . So from start to finish our stay was fantastic. This Hotel will be recommended many times. I will be returning . Regards Shane Brennan

It's a nice hotel, we were keen to stay somewhere nicer than a three star hotel - no issues there. However, the hotel is looking dated. Small things fixed up in bathroom or in the room, or not fixed up like the crack in the A/C or peeling of wallpaper in lift. The freezer was leaking inside the fridge. The EV charging is just a 3 pin plug in the wall - you'll need your own trickle charger.

Had a great time here. Late decision with me and a mate to stay in Canberra. some of the places advertised a cheap room on booking.com, then when you got there, say, sorry its gone, or something similar. then hit you with a huge increase. so was frustrated to say the least. Here they gave me a good price. the staff were excellent, Shelley (?) in the restaraunt was brilliant. Room was great. Good value. Cant say a bad work.

Hotel location was convenient, within walking distance to Kingston shops on Eyre street & the Kingston foreshore. Walking to Manuka is a bit further, but possible. You need a bus or car to get to the Parliamentary zone & canberra centre.|The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, room was quite nice. There was a coffee pod machine in the room which was quite good. The staff were extremely helpful & very good. The bathroom was passable, but in need of a renovation. A granite bench top on a cupboard with water damaged sides does not cut it. Shower was good, water pressure excellent, soap shampoo, conditioner & moisturiser was available. Overall a very enjoyable stay and for the price, which was also excellent I cant complain too much. I would stay there again.

I booked this Hotel and was really surprised to find such a well appointed hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was much more than I expected really clean and well appointed with all the bells and whistles. I would recommend you have a look at this hotel next time you travel to Canberra.

Stayed here for a night over Easter 2024. Rooms were really big and really comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but still ok to use. We had a great easy check in process and the staff were great. The big breakfast which can be included in your stay was really great and worth the money. Coffee was average and lukewarm, pancakes were terrible. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel from June 9th to 10th, 2024 with our family of four. Generally, as an unstarred hotel, you cannot compare it to a three or four-star hotel. The hotel is clean and has plenty of parking. Other than that, don’t expect too much. The bed and pillows were too soft and the bathroom exhaust fan ran continuously, which kept me awake the whole night (actually, to be honest, my other family members slept very well, so it may be my personal issue). The showerhead was too small, and the shower screen has no door. The breakfast is already included in the room rate as a package, but still has to be reserved separately, but it was quite plentiful and perfect. Additionally, my 8 years old daughter noted that the hallway layout looks like a cute bear’s head. Generally, the hotel is okay.

Stayed 3 nights, room was spacious and staff was friendly. (Perhaps the evening front desk could smile a bit more 😉) Loved coffee machine in the room free parking. Movie channel or Foxtel would have been the icing on the cake.
