Room was comfortable and clean, and great value, we only spent a single night here. We didnt utilise any of the hotel services, however they were kind enough to allow us to leave bags there, and to change into formal ware when we returned. Location was great for our purpose

I would not stay again. I travel for Business very frequently and this hotel has been the only one where it has been a huge challenge to get a receipt. It has taken me several weeks and 4 follow-up phone calls to be able to have a receipt sent to me. On each attempt I have been told that there is some known issue with the sending of emails from this venue, so I would suggest to the owner that they take responsibility of fixing this issue. I did however have very friendly help today from Neha, thank you Neha for being able to address my concerns and send me a receipt. On the rooms, I must say they are very outdated. I was upgraded free of charge as the person checking me in specifically made a point of wanting my return visits. Unfortunately the room upgrade included 2 huge bedrooms, but the entire unit was still very oudated, with kitchens looking like they were from the 60s or 70s. The TV was very small and not up to current standards. I will not return unfortunately, but thank you for having me anyway.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night and never would again the rooms were small, the TV remote had the batteries in the wrong way and no back on the remote so they fall out constantly, there was a plate taped on the wall covering the plumbing with electric tape that fell off suddenly. The shower was Terrible due to going from boiling to freezing over and over the whole time I was in it that night and in the morning! When I went and told the receptionist she said she would have to get that looked at and apologized then went to the room to check over the condition before coming back and saying she could smell remnants of smoke and I wasnt getting my full deposit back, which I needed to get home.(guessing this happens to a lot of their customers). Eventually she called the manager and they changed their mind and gave me my money. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone and definitely will never go there again.

Stayed for one night in a twin room. Overall a good stay. The location is great being just a few hundred metres from a shopping centre and quite close to the city centre. Pretty area. The main reason I can only give 3 stars is because of the shower. Absolutely horrible, switches between cold and boiling hot every few seconds so you're jumping in and out and you never get to enjoy it. After a long day of driving and hiking in the chilly rain I was really looking forward to a lovely shower, alas it was not to be

Booked a two bedroom apartment with friends. The sliding bathroom door had no lock and a one inch gap allowing others to see into the bathroom. This is unacceptable when travelling with friends. The rooms were very old and tired and in desperate need of an update. The walls were paper thin and you could clearly hear conversations from other rooms.

Great value for money. Everything you need, clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. No microwave or toaster, but there is a great market at the back door, with gourmet and takeaway food and restaurants. Coles is also walking distance away.

I had a great experience at the Remada Encore Belconnen the service and rooms were fantastic and they even set my room up with pet bed holes and toy for my stay as I had my dog with me and I'd like to thank Neha for getting everything ready for me and bingo. I will be definitely going there again with thanks.

We booked this on our way back to Melbourne after checking in to what can only be described as an actual sewer smelling shoebox. Check in was quick, the 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had everything from a kettle, microwave, hotplate and even a dryer and washing machine( bring your own detergent). One bedroom had a tv and they had plenty of little milks for tea and coffee. We thought well worth it but then... The shower! Oh my gosh the shower, the water pressure was the best I have EVER had and exactly what we needed the day before a big drive home. Don't even blink just book. This will be our hotel in Canberra going forward.
