I would not stay again.
I travel for Business very frequently and this hotel has been the only one where it has been a huge challenge to get a receipt. It has taken me several weeks and 4 follow-up phone calls to be able to have a receipt sent to me. On each attempt I have been told that there is some known issue with the sending of emails from this venue, so I would suggest to the owner that they take responsibility of fixing this issue.
I did however have very friendly help today from Neha, thank you Neha for being able to address my concerns and send me a receipt.
On the rooms, I must say they are very outdated. I was upgraded free of charge as the person checking me in specifically made a point of wanting my return visits. Unfortunately the room upgrade included 2 huge bedrooms, but the entire unit was still very oudated, with kitchens looking like they were from the 60s or 70s. The TV was very small and not up to current standards.
I will not return unfortunately, but thank you for having me anyway.
