Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Haeundae

The rooms are satisfactory, but I believe the cleanliness of the toilet could be improved to the bare minimum. Upon my arrival, I noticed a fecal stain on the toilet seat and ceramic bowl, and the edges of the shower appeared to be uncleaned, with some mold present and a dusty residue. However, I found the sheets and bedding to be clean and comfortable. The reception team is also friendly, professional and efficient Great location - next to train station. However, 2/5 stars as cleanliness in toilet is unacceptable for a 3 star hotel

Located just within proximity of Haeundae Station, Ramada Encore offers a wonderful stay for travellers wishing to spend more time around the Haeundae area in Busan.Apart from the location being surrounded by many food establishments that makes you spoiled for food choices, it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Haeundae Beach as well.We were provided a corner, spacious room at a reasonable price per night. Hotel staff are also splendid. Recommended stay!

Rooms are clean but carpet looks old. Location is superb as it's right next to the station. The waiting for lift is what I dreaded most. 2 lifts serving high floors and 2 for low floors only. Nonetheless, it's a good hotel for it's strategic location.

Laundry room is under equipped and people should learn to have some decency and clear their laundry once it’s done. However since people don’t, they should have a clean basket for clothes that are already ready. Waited 1 hour after someone’s laundry was done and no one in sight to collect it. Theres nowhere to clear the lint in dryers as well. Don’t buy breakfast coupon in advance because they’re not transferable to any other day, very inflexible. Lifts are slow. Room is just what you need, housekeeping is good. Near train station. Gym is claustrophobic.

Positive: Location Negative: To many kids on school trip the day we were there made the hotel experience unpleasent. Crowded elevator and buffet. Would have been nice if hotel staff notified us beforehand.

This hotel is quite strategically located. Near to many restaurants. Near a night market. Convenience stores outside, it has one in the ground floor. 10 minute casual walk to the beachfront. Room is on the small side but has amenities I need such as the automated bidet and the smart streaming Tv. Breakfast buffet was an international variety and respectable enough. Never got to interact with FD staff since we are on a group tour , but they still give pretty smiles.

Convenient location but the centralized AC system is a disaster. Room is quite hot and humid, stuck at 26.5 degrees C. I like warm but not so warm guests will sweat through their bedsheets. I raised this concern to the staff and they said there is nothing they can do. Make sure to look elsewhere unless you like a sweaty, hot bedroom!

November 12th, the male front desk staff was really nice, providing me with early check in, I really appreciate it. HOWEVER, at same day, the female front desk staff was really IMPOLITE AND BAD SERVICE. When I called front desk for inquiries, she hang up on me twice before I finish my sentence while I’m still talking. This is the first time EVER that I stayed in a hotel and the front desk staff hang up during the middle of the call before I finish my questions. When I go downstairs to pick up my food delivery from the front desk, the female staff acting very rude again, she just pointed to the table without saying anything, then looking at her screen. She’s the most rude hotel staff I’ve ever seen. If you want to work in hospitality industry then have the minimum respect for the hotel guests. I would NEVER come back this hotel and NEVER recommend my other friends or colleagues stay here.
