Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Liege City Center

Comfy bed but noisy with eastern exposure overlooking a multi level parking lot. Rooms are dated though bathroom clean with a very comfortable bathtub. Location not the best with limited choices for restaurants within five minute walk. Would like to see a refrigerator in room for extended stays. Better facilities in this city if one does the research.

Average quality of rooms. Nice location in front of the river but only front rooms havr view. Side rooms face out to the packed neighbourhood apartments. Decent breakfast, Dinner restaurant and bar (outdoor garden seating) has a lovely traditional setting. Limited choice of menu though. Sleezy neighbourhood. Beware walking around at night.

Nice hotel but room very old in style. Lovely big reception area and really nice bar. Ibwould give the rest of the hotel a 4 star but room let it down even tho they are big in size. It's also on the river and a bit of a walk away from the center of town.

Nice rooms, good breakfast. Shower isn't that great though. Parking is a little crowded and spaces are narrow, so sometimes spots are lost because the neighbours parked too lose to the line. (Or they obnoxiously take up two places)

Average at best. The hotel really needs a facelift!! Everything in there is ancient. Cheeky to charge what they do, for this. Sleep quality is not completely bad but room was extremely hot and no thermostat...brekkie is ridiculous at €17 per person, we popped out to a nearby café instead and had brekkie for €8.6 for 2. Parking is OK- probably the only advantage of the hotel. Staff friendly though.

Exactly the hotel you would expect at a €100/night rate. Quite good actually! Room size OK. Bathroom clean and complete. Bed perfect but duvet too small. My wife had full coverage, I slept under two towels. Next day a question was enough to have housekeeping putting an extra bed cover. Worth a €5,= tip. Parking along the road in front for free. On premisses parking some €12 per night. We like gambling and left the car in fronr. Going into the centre you need to put on your walking shoes. On Sundays you're very clise to a local, very attractive markwt. Not yet spoiled by tourists ... Have fun!

Quite nice place, great room, nice bathroom, beautiful restaurant, the breakfast was fantastic and the crew was awesome. Simply the best hotel out of 7 in my trip to Europe. I definitely want to go back.

Great place to stay overlooking the river and within easy walk of all amenities. We ate in the hotel restaurant and received good service and great food in pleasant surroundings. Breakfast was tip top with all palates catered for.

A decent location in Liège across the road from the river and about 1km walk to the edge of the centre. Finding the place even with gps was a challenge and they do have parking behind the hotel for €12.50/ night. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was less than friendly and not very helpful. This was made up for in the morning with a different gent who was super friendly and helpful especially regarding the parking for the remainder of the day. The room was small and the bathroom tight neither a surprise. The AC was just ok but at least it had it which was a good thing given the unusually hot weather. The bar had a 50% happy hour special which was nice. The room price was ok. But not sure it was a 4 star hotel...

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Its saving grace is it's location, close to city center and river. It's a European hotel, so a small room. Every thing needs an upgrade. Furniture is old, chipped and scuffed. Carpets and walls are worn and marked. There are lots of little things that show minimal upkeep such as badly hung shower curtains and sinks that don't drain well, mid level bedding with a few stains, wobbly cups and mismatched glasses in both the rooms and dinning room. Breakfast was OK, eggs looked like powdered eggs! Hotel staff were not that friendly either. Sink some money into it and update the place and they could have a winner. In short stay here for the location but do not expect to be wowed.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets are old, the furniture has splintered, with broken corners and the bedspreads and bed skirts don't look very old and unclean. The area has heavy traffic immediately outside the front door and the downtown restaurants are a hike through the roughest part of Liège. Many of the rooms have air conditioning that doesn't function, or if it does, it is so old as to be ineffective.

Always a great place to stay when I come to Liege for the Meeting international d'Athletisme de la Province de Liege. Beautiful water front and town is in walking distance.
