Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove

Okay hotel ok. Not 5 star but good star. Staff were amazing. Rooms ok but well equipped. Appreciate room option upgrade to Partial Sea View room (paid extra) and our other room was Deluxe with a lovely green aspect. Hotel was quiet at night bar some residual noise from the bar across the road I guess. Breakfast was pretty good and you could order eggs and dosa etc to order. Sometimes we had to sit in the bar area as the dining area was full. I think the biggest let down was the surrounding area to the hotel. It looks nothing like the photo. There was just so much rubbish everywhere and the path to the beach was not well maintained. I truly believe if the Hotel Chain could work with the local authorities to clean up the area (other areas of Mumbai were not as fully of rubbish) then it would have been much more of a pleasant experience. I have written a review of Juhu Beach. Location of this hotel is great on the water, and some good dining options are close too.

The staff are outstanding in particular Anthony and the team in the shooters lounge.|Unfortunately the tv is not connected to internet, and as I am here for medical treatment this is a big let down. My shower leaks all over bathroom floor, thr breakfast is average. The 1st night I order room service pizza, as not a lot of genuine Indian food on menu. It arrived lukewarm. Ive asked to speak with general mgr but he isn't interested in the feedback or spesking with meHousekeeping very slow, forget towel for floor didn't fill up tea and only leave one bottle of water. I rate overall 3 star. 5 stars to Anthony and shooters lounge team for helping and being so kind and understanding. General mgr of hotel should look into renovations..... hotel is dark and pool area needs attention as its old. If you stay here see Anthony he listen and help. The man deserves a raise and promotion

One thing I want to say before you check out other hotels; my brother realized he lost his money when we were out. Before going, we asked if the staff could make our room. When we came back, without taking ANY money, they left the money we have lost on our bed (we had a stack of rupees by the way!) This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to not just from India, but wherever I traveled so far. I am really happy with the service they have given us, 5/5 🙌

Stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove for just one day and the experience was excellent. The staff here is truly helpful and supportive without a doubt, right from the reception to the restaurant and pool team. Their professionalism and warm approach made the stay very comfortable. A special mention for the food – the Thai and Chinese dishes are a must-try! The chef is truly blessed with his craft, and every bite was full of authentic flavors. Overall, a well-managed property with great service and hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Juhu Beach. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ramada being an old hotel here on Juhu beach needs lots of uplifting in the rooms( curtain etc etc) and work outside! !|Otherwise service is very good, Cleanliness is very good!| I was very very impressed with the service boy Yogesh of 4th floor! He kept the room cleaned and my needs were attended very nicely, I will remember that to come to Ramada again, hopefully Yogesh will be there!| Another floor manager Suraj was very good too! |At the entrance the staff deployed was wonderful |Thank you Ramada!|Wish you good luck!|Pravin bhalla (414)

We stayed at Ramada with a kid. All staff is favourable and generous. Especially Manager Suraj and yogesh were an excellent companion. They helped us and entertained our kid so we could spend our precious time. We will definitely come again and recommend service from both of them

Great service and comfortable stay. Nice location. The staff from reception to everyone else was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet had many options and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Will definitely use again if I come to Mumbai.
