TLDR: do not stay here.
The only good thing about this hotel are the staff, and that it’s relatively close to the airport.
We should have paid attention to the bad reviews before staying here.
If you stay on the side of the hotel facing the street there is extremely loud music into the early hours of the morning.
We changed rooms 3 times, in all of the rooms the mattress was old and extremely soft. Our backs suffered, and the beds were just so uncomfortable.
In the first room we were given, the bedsheets were dirty and full of holes, they changed the sheets and the new ones were still dirty and stained.
The AC works but rattles all night, it’s impossible to switch it off. There’s also a console to control the lights etc. which glows BRIGHT blue and lights up the whole room at night.
The second room we were given was non-smoking but when using the AC it stank of cigarettes.
Breakfast is fine, but the staff are easily overwhelmed and there were mosquitoes in the room.
The pool area is simple, and not very nice, and as soon as the evening begins is swarming with mosquitoes.
The hotel is located in a position that makes it hard to get an uber sometimes.
Certainly not worth the price, and the fact that it’s called a five star hotel on Google Maps is an absolute joke.
