We had a good stay at Ramada during our recent road trip to Mumbai. The location is very close to Juhu Beach, which makes the surroundings a bit crowded, but once you enter the hotel, everything is close to perfect. The staff are all professional and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast options were decent. We faced some minor issues related to parking our car, as they have very limited parking slots, so we had to depend on the valet service, but they were extremely reliable and professional. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay.

What We Loved: 1. The resort is within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient. 2. Restaurants and markets are nearby, making it easy to explore and dine out. 3. The staff was extremely cooperative and attentive. 4. The hotel rooms were comfortable, considering the age of the property. What Could Be Improved: 1. The pricing was significantly higher compared to similar resorts in the area. 2. The property lacked some alternative amenities or activities we were hoping for. 3. We expected direct beach access from the hotel, but unfortunately, that was not available. 4. The food menu was overpriced, limiting dining options for families. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, there is room for improvement, particularly in value for money and amenities.

Food Is Good, Breakfast Restaurant is always full as small in seating size , of course beach is connected, Business Travellers if u have work around BKC this might not the place , you need 45 min to 1 hr , huge traffic every day. Overall Recommend

This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. There is an overall griminess across the whole place. We stayed for 2 nights and had to move rooms. Our first room had an air conditioner that rattled all night and the air it blew out was like breathing an exhaust from a car. When I tapped the aircon vent to try and get it to stop vibrating, an avalanche of filth landed on my face. This was the air we were breathing. Needless to say, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. |I have to commend the for trying staff their best to make do with what they have. They moved us to a better room for the second night. |The bar prices are expensive and the breakfast was okay (apart from the coffee which was burnt and terrible). |As for the view, well that must be for the lucky few because night one we looked at a half built building and night two we looked at a slither of beach but mainly a car park, road and the end the Juhu Airport runway… even though the manager I had communicated with before we arrived said they were “…way way far from the Airport…”.

Stayed at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Palm Grove, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, offering stunning sea views, and the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at Ramada Plaza Wyndham in Beach Grove. First and foremost, the swimming pool was effectively inaccessible. While technically open, I couldn’t use it due to a loud, intrusive wedding party occupying the area. There was no prior disclaimer about this during booking, which felt deceptive. The internet was another nightmare—super slow, with virtually no mobile network coverage in the hotel. It made it impossible to stay connected, which is unacceptable in this day and age. The photos on MakeMyTrip are completely misleading. They make the property look spacious and grand, but the reality was far from it. The hotel is much smaller than advertised and lacked the charm promised in the pictures. Additionally, there were no disposable garbage bags provided in the room, which was inconvenient and unhygienic. The sound insulation in the hotel was practically nonexistent—I could hear every honking car outside, along with conversations and noises from the adjacent rooms. This lack of privacy was frustrating and far below basic hospitality standards. To make matters worse, the outside area was an absolute mess—clumsy, cluttered, and unsightly. The worst part was the horrifying view of people openly defecating and urinating on the beach. This was not just disgusting but entirely unacceptable for a hotel that charges such exorbitant prices. Lastly, I was given a room on the second floor with no view whatsoever—despite paying a hefty amount for the booking. This was far below my expectations and a total letdown compared to other hotels I had considered. This experience was not worth the money, and I regret choosing this hotel. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay, look elsewhere—Ramada Plaza Wyndham fell drastically short in every way.

This hotel is located just opposite the Juhu beach. Super accessible. The rooms are of good size and they provide all the basic amenities. The boundaries look not that great as it is located near the beach but it is neat and clean inside. The staff at the entrance is always welcome with a smile. The breakfast was good but the restaurant was a little congested.

Very slow service... Non supportive staff... And policy.. We have requested empty plate and not provide by giving reason that if you are not ordering food from Hotel kitchen than we will not provide empty plate. By paying handful amount you are not getting service. Racist policy performed by this Hotel. Avoid booking with.
