Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove

I recently completed an extended stay at this hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.||The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping staff, Mr Subramanium & his team, were very efficient with daily room cleaning. It truly felt like a home away from home.||The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.||Another big plus was the convenient location. It was easy to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby.||All in all, I had a fantastic stay & I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Service is quick. Food quality is excellent. Staff is polite and supportive. Mr. Subramanyam is taking care of each and every need of the guest. Rooms are neat and clean. Atmosphere is pleasant with sea facing experience. Good place to spend quality time with family, friends.

I had a very good experience during my stay at Ramada Plaza, Juhu Beach. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I had the most amazing stay at RAMADA, and I just had to share how impressed I was with everything—from the warm hospitality to the beautiful room setup. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or just answering my questions, they made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. The room was absolutely stunning. It was perfectly clean, cozy, and decorated with such care and elegance. The fresh flowers, soft lighting, and thoughtful little touches made it feel so special and relaxing. Every detail was on point—the bed was super comfortable, the linens smelled amazing, and the whole space had a warm, inviting vibe. Review of Ramada Plaza Juhu – A Mixed Experience on a Special Day We chose Ramada Plaza Juhu to celebrate a very special occasion – the birthday of my daughter and myself. The hotel, no doubt, is in a good location. The ambience is peaceful, and the stay overall was very comfortable. Rooms were clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was ok. However, one major disappointment left us with mixed feelings. Although we had informed the hotel at check-in about the birthday celebration, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion—not even a simple greeting or thoughtful gesture, which one might naturally expect from a hotel of this caliber, which something you usually expect from a reputed 5-star property. Especially when it's a small and personal family celebration and you've chosen the hotel to make memories and come far away from another city. It was raining heavily that evening, and we couldn't step out easily. But when we requested even a chargeable cake around 9 PM, we were told the bakery was closed and nothing could be done. This kind of rigid response felt very transactional. At a premium hotel, especially during special moments, guests expect empathy, not excuses. That said, I must mention that the duty manager was excellent and did try to help in other ways. But sadly, that emotional touch was missing. Sometimes, a small wish, a slice of cake, or a simple “Happy Birthday” note makes a big difference. Not everything is about luxury – it’s about feeling valued. We had to step out and find a restaurant elsewhere to complete our celebration in the rain. In conclusion, while the property is good, and the staff is trained, the hospitality lacked heart. I hope they reflect on this and improve for future guests who visit with hopes of making beautiful memories.

The hotel is fine but given its price a bit better can be expected from it... The rooms look quite old fashioned. The breakfast could have been better as there are only 3 non vegetarian options excluding the omelette or boiled eggs. Those 3 options remain the same everyday. The pool looks nice but I've never used it. Also, one thing yo note here is the no guest policy. All in all, its a bit pricey hotel for the stay.

The location is the prime attraction , right at JUHU beach. You can have a swim in the swimming pool with the sea in front. The restaurant is also good, though not that spacious, but can accommodate without queue. But certain times the waiting area outside may be used. Nice view of the beach for western side rooms as well as the corridor

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Plaza Palm Grove! The location right by Juhu Beach was fantastic, offering beautiful views. The service was truly excellent – the staff were attentive and always willing to help. I was also impressed by the variety and quality of the food offered. My room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.
