A. Good property in the heart of KLCC . Our room was spacious and large with two double beds . Fantastic for anfamily of 4. The room on 13th floor had a beautiful view if the KL skyline including the new 118 floor building. Bukit Bintang MRT is only 500 m away. There are many restaurant s in the area including Indian ones just across the street. The infinite pol on 9th floor is also awesome .

I’d rate this hotel a 2/10 — and that’s only for the decent view from the room. Everything else was disappointing. From the start, the toilet seat was stained, and the bathroom was unclean — completely unhygienic. There was no hand soap provided either. The staff, barring a few polite bellboys, were extremely rude and unaccommodating. No one helped us with our luggage during check-in or check-out. When we requested a late checkout, it was denied without any effort to be flexible. Later, when we asked to safely leave our luggage, we were told that if anything goes missing, it’s on us — shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To add to that, the food was below average, lacking both quality and taste. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unhygienic, and soulless. This is not what you expect from a Ramada-branded property. Would not recommend, especially for international travelers expecting even basic courtesy and professionalism.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, the experience was okay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful view from our room—it really stood out and made the visit feel special. The location is also great, with the local market just a short walk away. One of the cutest and most unique things about the hotel was their service robot! Whenever we needed something, they sent their bot with the item—it was not only efficient but also super adorable and added a fun touch to our stay. On the downside, the breakfast, which was included in our package, was a bit underwhelming. The taste was average, and the variety of options was quite limited. If you’re looking for a place with a great view, a convenient location, and a touch of tech charm, this hotel is worth considering for a short stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring that check-in was smooth and efficient. The lobby areas and general ambiance of the hotel were chic and inviting, making a great first impression. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing view of the city skyline, which was particularly breathtaking at night. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day.One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's rooftop pool. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, with plenty of lounge chairs and a stunning view of the Petronas Towers in the distance. We also enjoyed a few meals at the hotel's restaurant, which served a delicious mix of local and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it easy to access popular attractions like the Bukit Bintang shopping district and the KLCC Park. We found it very convenient to get around, whether we were walking or taking a short taxi ride to our destinations. One minor downside was the occasional noise from the nearby nightlife, but it didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Ramada Suites Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect short getaway. The location was perfect for me as it was just walking distance to Changkat. I enjoyed the gym where the view was good, the quietness to workout in a peaceful environment. Gym equipment was decent. the pool was good too. The hotel has a spacious open space for relaxing right near the swimming pool area.

Nice location to get to towers and shopping centre . Hotel was just standard . Yes it has roof top pool but the sides of the pool tiles were so dirty . The bathroom grout needs doing as it looks dirty but otherwise ok, only two towels , no hand towels given . View from roof top was nice. Noise from around area can keep you up if you are a light sleeper . Hotel does look over bars and restaurants and music goes on til around 0300

The spacious, well equipped and furnished room was a contrast to the slightly tatty lobby area, which for us was the right way around. We spent just one night here, so were sad not to be able to use all the facilities. It was in a very convenient area for restaurants and the breakfast was very good. Unlike some hotels in KL that are surrounded by traffic, walking around was very easy. The staff were very helpful.

Very good hotel, excellent location to walk to many of the main sights plus lots of bars and restaurants nearby. |Pool was great, gym fine, no water cooler in there or towels probably only negatives. ||Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice each day, definitely try the Teh Tarik, freshly cooked eggs and appam on the outside area are very nice. ||Rooms, clean, comfortable and spacious, washing machine and large fridge were a bonus.
