Our stay was highlighted by truly exceptional service and outstanding dining. The rooms were acceptable, clean and functional, providing a solid base. While the main dining offered good food with some variance, the à la carte menu was amazing and a definite must-try, easily being the culinary highlight. The entire team was friendly, but a special thanks goes to Pichie. Their attentive, professional, and genuinely warm service elevated our experience significantly. Highly recommended for the fantastic service and food!

A reasonably priced hotel in a central location. Note the bars below can get noisy at night. Has a pool and gym, breakfast caters towards an Indian taste but fresh eggs and omelettes are on offer. The rooms are a little tired but the hotel is clean. A local wanted to visit us and needed to Park, this was offered to us for free, just a small deposit for a card, the staff were very helpful even for a room extension.

Nice Experience! - Stay during Deepavali holiday. - Since the room is considered a 'suite' it is suitable for a small family, complete with an outside sink, dining table, sofa and coffee table. - There is a small balcony. From my room I can see the beautiful Menara 118 at night. - Friendly and helpful staff, even though they are really difficult to be contacted by phone or WhatsApp - The lobby is quite small compared to other 4 star hotels. (in terms of waiting area) - But once you check in, there are many lounges especially on level 9. - The breakfast is just average, you easily get bored of being in the restaurant after only 10 minutes because of the lack of food options. - The distance to the Monorail and MRT stations is 600 meters. It is bearable for young people. - There are several outside restaurants to choose from, but for a Malaysians like me, I 'skip' eating in this area because it doesn't suit Malaysian tastes. Its more cater the tourist.

Horrible experience in this hotel function space. 1. Not even a cup of coffee & tea being serve in the morning. 2. Cold tea were serve during 2 days afternoon session 3. No representative to be seen anywhere throughout the session 4. No access to Air condition adjuster 5. Ticking sound came from LCD projector 6. A random guy walk through the training function in the middle of the session to access the surau 7. Function space foyer look like a furniture storage room more than a foyer

Pretty poor/disappointing services (e.g. front desk person would 'challenge' a statement/request that you want to clarify on, felt intimidatingly unfriendly/inconsiderate). Room and hotel amenities are poorly maintained and uncomfortable (lack of bathroom amenities, shower/shampoo appear to come from 'cheap' DollarTree sort of unbranded plastic bottles, whole room is reeked of 'cheap' overwhelming smell/scent which was off-putting). The pool is dirty, rails rusty and floor wet and slippery. Only positive is the location. Overall would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvement. There are way better hotels with personalized and competitive services in KL. Also, their system is hacked and your profile/reservation information is leaked out. You will get constant spam/scam emails from unknown emails asking you to click on links to confirm your reservation. DO NOT click on any links. I contacted Ramada Suites KL directly and they acknowledged their system was hacked and they did nothing to remedy/compensate guests for the info leak. Extremely frustrating to receive constant scam emails leading up to your stay. Unprofessionally managed location. For the price point and what it offers, definitely a place you want to ignore and look elsewhere.

Great location in Bukit Bintang, close to food, shopping, and nightlife. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a small kitchenette. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is nice, but can get busy. Only downside is the noise from nearby bars late at night. Overall, good value for money.

Very nice place to stay in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur. Strategic location, convenient to move around. Good facilities. Easy accessible. Pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Only thing is traffic congestion.

It was a great expericance with ramada. Room was very cleaned & nice. They provided so many aminities in room that appreciable. But they should provide bathrobe & sliper in the room. Pool & gym was below avarage. And expected better greetings from reception.
