A Review of The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona, Spain
"A sun-soaked, tree-lined pedestrian street that feels like a local rambla—lined with tapas bars, outdoor terraces, cafes, and shops—making it a lively, everyday hangout that leads toward the beach without the heavy tourist crowds."
Rambla del Poblenou, a vibrant, tree-lined promenade in Barcelona’s Poblenou neighborhood that runs from near Torre Glòries down to Bogatell Beach. It has a strong local character, lined with cafés, restaurants, shops, and notable Modernista architecture. It offers a more authentic neighborhood vibe and linking the area directly to the seaside.

The Rambla del Poblenou is a lovely place to walk, full of local life, cafés, and restaurants. It has a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a coffee or some tapas outdoors. A great spot to experience the authentic side of Barcelona, just a short walk from the beach.

Lovely, more peaceful area than the more popular Rambla. So many shops and dining options. Great place for a walk and leads directly to Bogatell Beach

One of the few places in the city where it is pleasant to walk at any time of the day, visit a variety of cafes and restaurants. There are a lot of expats here, but there are much fewer tourists, unlike the rambla de Catalunya
