Rambutan Resort - Phnom Penh

What a place! We loved it here! Every minute of it. The staff is so kind, caring and attentive. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of „handy" features. It's stylish and the breakfast was awesome. The area is also very nice. Thank you again to the amazing staff, each and everyone made our stay perfect and accommodated every desire we had.|100% recommend. Come here if you are in Phnom Penh.

I usually stay at the Rambutan in Siem Reap, but this trip took me to Phnom Penh and I was delighted to stay at their property here. The experience was every bit as warm and welcoming as in Siem Reap.||The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, and I had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. But what really makes Rambutan stand out is the staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful—making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.||For me, it is the impeccable hospitality of the staff that sets both Rambutan properties apart.

A Warm and Welcoming Stay|I stayed at Rambutan Resort for three weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The staff made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived.||My room was well-furnished and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool—an ideal spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and everything was kept very clean and well-maintained.||Breakfasts were a daily highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit both local and Western tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh tropical fruit, eggs made to order, or Khmer specialties, there’s something for everyone.||Overall, Rambutan offers a great balance of comfort, charm, and hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

The best place to stay in Phnom Penh for two simple reasons: 1. The location is perfect, halfway between the Russian Market, S21 and the riverside — a super strategic spot in the BKK1 area, known for its welcoming and international character. 2. The charming property itself, with a beautiful pool, extremely kind and impeccable staff, and some of the best breakfasts in the city. There are many other good reasons too: spacious and tastefully furnished rooms (ours even had an outdoor area with a private bathtub!), excellent dining service, and more… but I think I’ve said enough

I love the location, it is walking distance to our office and is nearby restaurants and shops. The restaurant also makes delicious dishes. It is quiet place and the rooms are spacious. I will go there again and will recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Having previously lived in Phnom Penh for 8 years, this was my first trip back. Rambutan was my first thought when it came to a hotel of choice. I always feel right at home with the team (who remembered me from when I used to visit the pool). Very welcoming as always. The room was perfect, and the pool, as always, a welcome retreat. I love both properties, this one and the one in Siem Reap. Wishing the team well always.

Rambutan is my home away from home and a resort I have stayed at several times- Staying here is a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. I stay in the room with a bath on the veranda overlooking the pool and every stay has been peaceful and lovely. The room is immaculate, food is fantastic and the pool is beautiful but it is the staff that make Rambutan special: the same faces each visit, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and seriously, the lovely man who makes the cocktails makes the best Long Island Tea I have ever had. Book. You will have no regrets.

A beautiful room in a nice area of the city. The staff were warm and welcoming from the second I stepped into the hotel. Another highlight for me was the food, I loved all of the Khmer food they had and could enjoy it next to the pool. Would definitely return for another visit.
