Rambutan Resort - Phnom Penh

I LOVED my stay at Rambutan! I booked a standard room, but the room felt spacious and luxurious with a large comfortable bed, daybed, separate shower room, separate toilet and generally lots of floor space. Super cool and minimalist design and interior with the use of natural materials. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself is worth a visit to this hotel. I ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the chefs are undoubtedly very skilled (…and being a head chef myself, I tend to have extra high demands - at Rambutan these were certainly met!). The hotel staff are otherwise extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. Rambutan Resort feels like a safe haven of peace and quiet, in a city that otherwise has a lot of energy, noise and excitement. Thank you very much for a great stay. I will definitely choose Rambutan next time I visit Phnom Penh.

This was my first visit to Phnom Penh and I have to say it was great, and well worth a return visit. The hotel is in the busy BKK1 Region of Phnom Penh. A welcome cool drink and hot towel on arrival was much appreciated. Most of the action occurs at ground floor, street level, with the office, restaurant, pool and bar all fairly close to one another, but there was no sense of being crowded. It was relatively quiet as far as street noise and night noise are concerned. The room was kept immaculate by an excellent cleaning team and I certainly appreciate their efforts. Bar and restaurant staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient, and the Manager, Tun? provided great service and was able to offer advice on tours, book tuk tuks and taxis when needed and was a wealth of information. I was incredibly impressed with the hotel and hope for a return visit within the next 12 months. Thank you,

We recently stayed at The Rambutan Resort Phnom Penh with a group of 27, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Friendly staff and absolutely charming boutique hotel make this a five-star experience. Rooms are spacious and clean with tasteful amenities. Poolside drinks are a must in the afternoon. Cocktails and poolside dining are excellent with a wonderful music mix in the background. Can I also recommend that you book massage? Excellent range of services on the very top floor where it is peaceful and quiet.

I have been to this Phnom Phen location three times, and also to the Siem Reap location. I consistently chose the Rambutan because of their amazing service and staff, and how incredibly warm and friendly the staff is. The entire team will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, safe and experience a joyful trip. They sincerely want to make sure you are well-cared for and enjoy yourself without being pushy, it always feel genuine and from the heart. The location is also nice in BKK1, close enough to the major tourist attractions and nightlife while managing to be an urban oasis away from the intensity of riverside. On the grounds, there is a pool and garden, and the comfortable clean rooms include secluded balconies and alfresco private stone bathtubs. They are also an environmentally and socially responsible business, investing in their staff and local community. This was one of the initial reasons I chose to stay. The included free breakfast is excellent and a wonderful way to start the day on holiday, served fresh poolside as they cook to what you order off the menu, and their lunch, dinner and bar menu is top-notch and delicious, offering a wide variety of Western, local cuisine, fresh drinks and nice cocktails I have used their spa before on previous trips, and they are very professional and everything is clean and above board. If you’d like a secure and tranquil base during your time in Phnom Phen or Siem Reap, will always recommend the Rambutan properties and their staff.

The staff at The Rambutan Hotel were always friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was included and was accompanied by fruit and juice and had a range of choices. The other meals were also produced to a good standard. The rooms were spacious and some ground floor rooms have garden areas. The hotel is also well situated. My stay there was an enjoyable experience!

Rambutan Resort is a very calm and stylish oasis in Phnom Penh. I stayed with my partner in a deluxe double room. It was very comfortable with great attention to design. There is a good bar/kitchen with a menu at reasonable prices. Best of all, there is a cool, shady pool, which is a blessed relief in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. The staff are all polite and friendly and as a LGBT friendly hotel it was very pleasant and inclusive, sophisticated without being tacky. Definitely my home in Phnom Penh!

I stayed 2 nights when I arrived , and one night before to leave Cambodia. It is the place to be when you are at Phnom Penh. The staff is really professional, devoted, and charming. Large room, and breakfast good too. Thank you very much to all the staff
