Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu

The hotel location is good although the room services are bit slow but overall a great place to stay. The best is the restaurants which provide great food. The morning breakfast at Nusara is amazing. The menu is good and the staff are very cordial.although most staff are good but special mention to Shruti who was not only managing the welcome of guests but also personally involved by asking guests at table about their experiences. This is great of her that she was involved in every aspect of the show. Kudos .

Ramee Guestline problems 1. Room on 10 Dec. was for disabled people. 2. Bathroom there had black fungus. Hotel staff - Ajay confirmed that they never give this room. 3. Bathroom and shower were not divided. 4. Furniture was covered with white fungus. Shifted the room to 411. 1.Cochroaches for 4 days after complaining everyday. Hotel manager confirmed that is the only room with this problem. And still he gave us this room to shift to. On purpose. 2.Bathroom drain clogged. Water leaking into the room near bed 3.Breakfast manager refuse to give normal cheese slices to International guest. 4.Room dining sent wrong food order and ice frozen food. 5. Loud noise in the hotel corridors late at night. 6. Club noise everyday til 3 am. No sleep for any guests. My Friend’s husband became sick for 2 days because of the fungus. He has chronic asthma. He is still feeling the effect of it.

Absolutely disappointing stay at Ramee Guestline Hotel. Not sure how this is a 4 star. If you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, this is definitely not the place. What they conveniently don’t mention during booking is that there’s a nightclub blasting music until 3 AM. The noise seeps right into the rooms, making it impossible to rest. Had I known this, I would never have booked. The restaurants are the only saving grace—good food, decent service—but everything else falls short. The rooms are subpar, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect for the price. The lobby smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and cheap perfume. The shower has no designated area, the water runs everywhere. Between the sleepless nights and the underwhelming accommodation, the stay felt like a complete letdown. Overall, I’d never return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort or transparency.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ramee Guestline. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation — particularly Mr. Samsuddin, who ensured the room was always clean, organized, and well-supplied. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out. the rooms were spotless every day, towels neatly replaced, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The attention to detail was impressive. The food was another highlight. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options and all freshly prepared and flavorful. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. The hotel’s overall luxury is evident in its elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.

Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu Review The hotel is over hyped and overpriced based on the facilities/amenities it provides. Cons: 1. Lobby is too small. If you checkout and leave your luggage at the lobby, only to collect later, there might be chance of someone non hotel guests "GAYAB" some loose unattended luggage. We lost two 2ltr new water bottle on each of check-in and checkout days. 2. Room service is often delayed. We had to wait 20-30 mins each time we asked for some non pantry/food things. We didn't get hot water even after 2 hours waiting, we needed to call agoda to fix the issues. 3. In room food is out of the roof costly. Example: A place of Masala Chole costs 500+. Not value for money if you are asking for it. 4. The most important. The rooms has NOOOO sound/vibration insulation. If you are staying on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, you need to stay awake till 2:30 AM as there is R-Adda(Disco/Party Bar) which plays music so loud/high bass and treble that the floors, TV-Set top box, bathroom fittings, telephone vibrates starting from 10pm till 2:30am. The vibration is enough to keep someone awake even if they lie on the well cushioned bed. The hotel has absolutely no control on the third party bar and it seems like they want to push this hotel out of the building. We even requested the bar manager but they didn't oblige. We stayed for 3 nights unfortunately. and on 25th Dec the music was will 4:30AM. 5. For early check-in they will charge you Rs.500 per hour, and will start bothering you from 11:30am to checkout by 12:30 and will kind of politely threaten you that if you stay 1 minute beyond 1pm system will automatically charge you 1/2 day rent. 6. You car will be parked in the adjacent ground and will be full of dust if kept overnight. Pros: 1. Location is 300m from Sea beach and 450m Prithvi Theater/Cafe(famous cafe of theater lovers) 2. The housekeeping staffs are kind of polite, they apologize many times for being late, and pass on that there is so many demands from other rooms. Having toured across 26 states in India, this hotel falls below average and is extremely over-rated.

great hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Special thanks to housekeeping manager Ajay and his team Sharvan and Arvind Shurve and Devdas. They were all very helpful. The ensured our stay was comfortable.

I loved the hotel. Hotel Staff was very kind and helpful. However, I would not recommend breakfast here as the staff in the morning were very rude and totally unobliging. The rooms are pretty good and totally worth the price.

Nilesh, Kishan and Ajay were excellent at cleaning our rooms and were very courteous and obliging with our requests wrt extra towels. They speak very well and understood us and fulfilled all our needs. Top class workers.
