Overall the service has been really very good, everyone has been very kind and helping, Mr. Baburaj also has been really kind and helping to us. I genuinely appreciate that. They also customised the food according to our needs. Had a really good experience. :) Front office, reception desk and all the staff including Mr. Kamlesh Sir have been very welcoming, warm and helping. Great, great service. Very considerate. Grateful each of the staff member who attended to us. Had a great stay :)

I had a wonderful experience with Kamlesh at the front desk. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a pleasant smile. Kamlesh handled every request efficiently and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay. Homely environment created by the whole team of this property.We came mumbai this tym to have heart operation done at Hinduja hospital Khar ,so in all ways like room services ,quality n taste of food n behaviour of all staff members was marvellous.

The location is good as Bandra is easily accessible. Rates are pretty good on Agoda. Staff is excellent and really well behaved. What I really liked is the food. The chefs are mind blowing here. Each and every dish ordered was not only tasty, but what shocked me was their amazing quantity which is so rare. Babu Raj, the food and beverage executive was efficient and courteous.

Got a bathtub in the room which was for the lowest price with complimentary breakfast. Good location! Furniture is a little old in rooms and couldn't open windows. But overall service was great!! Staff is good!

Very very poor experience. Firstly this place has an underground/annexed in house bar and club. Every day of the weekend, there is loud noise, vibration, buzzing nuisance disturbing your sleep. I kept asking them to change my room but they didn't do for first day, had to suffer helplessly, and then when they did change, it was even worse, either you get to keep hearing honking/traffic noise because it's in corner placed to a highway/traffic prone area, they charge a lot of money, but they're don't have sound proofing glasses, room are not that adequately big enough as well. They only have limited options in break fast when they should be serving all. It was hard to deal with the staff of hotel as well. This hotel is not at all suitable for corporate guys at all. But if you're here with objective of partying late night and get sloshed in parties, it's best. Because you'll never not have any silence in here 🤐🤐

Had a good stay experience. The food was good and room was clean n hygienic. I thank Mr. Baburaj for his services for accommodating dining requests.

The sizes of room and washrooms are way small , doors are all old and create noise while opening and closing , the quality and taste of the food is nice , but the service is slow , overall the price is high bcoz of the location, if they are taking the good amount then they should renovate the rooms.
