Arrived around 9:30 PM and there was already a long queue. Finished eating at 10:07 PM, so the turnover was fairly quick despite the crowd.
As for the ramen, the broth is very light, which makes sense since it’s mainly made from water, duck, and green onions. Don’t expect a very rich or deep flavor on its own. If you prefer something with more punch, I highly recommend adding the spicy paste and it really makes a noticeable difference and improves the overall taste.
The noodles are actually very good and chewy with a nice texture, and they seem to be infused with something since there are black dots throughout the noodles, which adds a bit of character. The duck meat is soft and tender, the other toppings taste fresh, and the egg is nicely runny, though it doesn’t add much flavor.
Overall, I’d recommend trying it at least once, especially if you’re curious about duck-based ramen. That said, if you’re looking for a more flavorful or intense ramen, there are definitely other options out there.
