Ramen Stadium

Tried the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, for us not good, soup too fatty I can see the fat floating, meat just ok. Gyoza not that good also, had cheaper & better ramen back in Manila.

Great experience, one restaurant with more restauants inside it. You chose were to eat based on the photos of the ramens outside each place, the one I went to was really good, the noodles were bouncy, the broth was deep and rich, the pork was tender and the egg was perfectly cooked, there were some sweet corn in there that I was not mad about but I would of prefered the ramen without it, but again, I enjoyed them, it didnt ruin there that meal.

Located on the 5th floor of canal city. It houses a number of different restaurants dedicated to ramen as expected. Calling it a stadium is a bit grand perhaps. There are various restaurants here with different styles of ramen from across Japan, and some unique creations. I think all of them are vending machine based. So you pay at the machine and then hand the ticket to your restaurant server as you are seated. Toilets are on the floor nearby. Some places have English menu. Most original ramen is from 750 yen to 1,100 yen depending on the store, if it's a set meal, if you add toppings etc. There are things like gyoza or rice etc you can order, not just ramen. Although that is obviously the focus.

Ramen Stadium has 10 restaurants that serve Hakata-style, tonkotsu ramen. Being in Fukuoka, this is the city where tonkotsu ramen originated, it did not disappoint. We only tried one place in the back. The broth was rich and tasted great. We had to wait about 15 minutes as the restaurant we went to was intimate. Service was excellent.

It is able to enjoy one of famous remens in Fukuoka . Here is the battle ground with professional ramen shops. Also.it is good to enjoy the traditional Japanese ramen street. Not so much crowded.

I always like the miso ramen noted from Hokkaido (bear included). Hearty soup and firm tasty noodles!

The Ramen Stadium is located at the 5th floor of Canal City Hakata. It has a number of different Ramen shops and some of the shops have more crowds than others. Visited one of the Ramen shops with the least customers and the ramen was not bad but it's not the best. The portion was good and overall had a satisfying lunch.

The ramen in Kyoto is dark. Very dark. I also explained when I introduced Tenka ippin before ... Kyoto with a history of 1000 years. Everything is refined, including kaiseki cuisine, but only ramen is different. However, it may be said that it looks like a two-sided Kyoto. Yes, do not truly accept the words of the Kyoto people. Their words always have the reverse meaning. Well, this Shinpukusaikan. It is a ramen restaurant located near Kyoto Station, and it is a ramen that represents Kyoto along with Daiichi Asahi next to it. The soup that looks jet black is soy sauce based. However, the taste is easy on the contrary. The soup is in harmony with noodles that are neither thick nor thin, and baked pork thinly packed like petals. It is the best ramen to eat after drinking. On the way back from Osaka, I eat ramen at Shinpukusaikan or Daiichi Asahi, and walk slowly through Karasuma Dori to Shijo ... It is a privilege only for Kyoto students.
