On the Grid : Ramen to Biiru

"Ramen To Bíiru is an authentic Japanese ramen joint created by Bento Copenhagen and Mikkeller (the greatest beer brand in CPH) Join them at their amazing restaurant in japanese style, say hi to Piccachu, play an old arcade game and choose between several taped beers from Mikkeller. If you are near Nørrebro, they also have a smaller ramen joint at Griffenfeldsgade..." - Birds Flying High

My friend is crazy about this place. The spicy 🌶️ misy ramen is her favourite dish. So we give it a 5 for the food.

We had an amazing experience at Ramen to Bíiru in Copenhagen. The Spice Miso Ramen and Chicken Karaage were absolutely delicious. Ice-cold beer served in perfectly frosted mugs – just like we last had in Osaka! Great outdoor seating and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great Ramen and tasteful food. We have the vegan and spicy option with edamame and mushrooms as sides. Everything was really good. We sat outside and enjoyed the summer evening and the cozy environment. Food is served at the tables and you order at the counter. Will be back.

Honestly, reviewing a R2B place is slowly approaching reviewing a McD or a BK. Not on every corner, but close. This said, this is a rather nice spot tucked away in a residential part of town. Attentive staff and plenty of outdoor seating. Beer fridges what you would expect expect from one of these Mikkeller places. Then again, the ramen is super nice, albeit at a very steep price point. Went for the spicy Goma and it delivered once again.

Very good food, and a very nice atmosphere. There's also a discount if you happen to live/work nearby. Beware the spicy items, friends tried some and found them very spicy. Still very tasty though.

Awesome décor and okay ramen, worst Ramen to Bíiru I have visited. They have really given great thought to the décor. It felt cozy and cool, perfect for a meal with friends or a date. I wish they had given the same thought to the food. It was overpriced for mediocre ramen and cold eggs. Not bad, but way to expensive for that quality. Service with the bare minimal of effort, again not bad but...

It's probably the best vegetarian ramen I've ever had. (stock is vegan, I added an egg) Took the spicy miso one - and it's really close to ones I've had in japan that were not even vegan. Only one downside - pretty expensive (170 dkk)

I like the texture of the ramen noodles and the karaage was also really good! The pork was too chewy and too salty though. The atmosphere outside was good and the vending machine was pretty cool.
