The ramen here is great. Ive been to the restaurant a few times, each time was good. But recently we ordered take away, and I must say, I was really impressed with how good it was! The packaging was possible the best I have seen. Perfectly portions (surprisingly big) and extremely tasty! Ramen to Bíiru have become my favorite takeaway these days! And shout out however was in the kitchen on Monday, you made our meal extra delicious🤍😊

I wanted to try this chain as it’s quite popular and it was recommended by various people I knew, so I popped in on a Wednesday evening around 6:30pm. It was extremely busy, and even though I was alone I had trouble finding a place to sit. I sat outside for a while until a window stool opened up inside that I quickly grabbed. You order your food / drinks up front then sit and wait for them to bring it over. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and a side of ebi furai with the rice lager. Here’s what I liked: + The noodles were a really nice texture and I thought they were perfectly done and delicious. + The pork was so tender, melted in my mouth, and tasted amazing. + There wasn’t a bunch of unnecessary stuff floating in the broth, which is often what I don’t like about ramen I’ve had, where there’s a bunch of beansprouts and bamboo shoots floating around. This was just broth, meat, noodles and spring onions! + The craft beer was really nice and I would’ve loved to try more. + The service was fast and friendly. Why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars: - I got the highest level spicy broth (level 4) and it wasn’t very spicy at all. This might vary from day to day but I just wasn’t satisfied by the spice level. - The soy egg wasn’t very flavourful. - The battered prawns were my biggest disappointment. The batter was super heavy and greasy, not light and airy like tempura would normally be. It was more like a heavy fried chicken batter which was really off putting. I tried soaking it in the ramen to dispel that a bit but after eating 2 of them I couldn’t have any more because the amount of grease was not sitting well. This almost alone brought my rating down to 4/5. - It was super busy and if I got up I would’ve lost my seat. I wanted to try more of their beers but if I got up to order I would’ve been left standing so I just didn’t bother. Overall it’s a nice spot and clearly very popular! I’ve had better ramen in Copenhagen personally but if you’re near one of these I’d give it a try for the ramen!

Really good tasting ramen. Best selling option with spicy level 2 was quite spicy and better tasting then tonkotsu option. But both were the best ramens we had so far.

The casher staff was so kind that I wanted to write a good review. But the food is completely OMG... Noodles are lumped together, spy level = salty level, fried chicken is too salty and burnt🥲

Google
Very tasty ramen!! I had the minced chicken ramen with chicken broth, it was very good! The kimchi i ordered on the side was soft and not crunchy at all unfortunately. Very nice staff! Okay seating and no normal light in the bathroom, (only disco lights?) even during lunch time so it was hard to see.

Google
Good that we can choose spicy level so I took highest — level 4 🤞🏻😬😬 then I have to say not very spicy 🤣🤣 Pork belly is soft and taste pretty good. Ramen can be more soft and soup taste ok, but egg is not doing good, it is not soft at all 😮‍💨😮‍💨 Place is ok and we took outdoor table and chair are pretty dusty and full of sands. Toilet lock doesn’t work well and smell bad. Staffs is cheerful … price is a bit high vs all in general

Google
I had lunch at this ramen restaurant, and it was a great experience. The ramen was delicious, with a rich, flavorful broth and high-quality ingredients. The service was very friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Google
Very original Ramen restaurant 👌🏼 Careful with the spiciness. The spicy ones have levels 1 to 4. We were told the level 1 is not spicy and we couldn't drink the broth. Nevertheless, it was very good. The decoration is crazy like the score in the bathroom. A complete experience 👍🏼

Yelp
Had 2 perfectly adequate bowls of ramen here. I got the yuzu and my partner got the tonkotsu. I feel like they used decent ingredients but the preparation was off. * The eggs were definitely boiled at too high of a temperature, they tried to go for a soft boil, but the outside of the yolk was congealed and the inside was cold. So the middle was good, there was a clear honest attempt at making good eggs, but the execution was off. * The pork was a bit leathery, but it's possible I was envisioning thicker chashu slices as opposed to the thin-cut stuff here * The broth flavors weren't too well balanced. The salt was really a touch too prominent. I think I'd still consider going here again, but I would definitely want to try other places in Copenhagen first. Back in Boston or California, I don't think this place would be able to hang.

Yelp
Excellent ramen. The restaurant can get packed, it's pretty popular. They have Mikkeller beers on tap and in a vending machine. It's a different ordering process, you order at a vending machine then pay at the front counter. I had the shoyu ramen. It was tasty, the pork in it was delicious and the broth was excellent. It was definitely a good stop, just gets super packed inside and it's a small restaurant.

Yelp
Ramen average $18 usd Perfect meal for a cold winter day in Copenhagen. Ordering from the ticket booth is awesome But annoying because it's right at the door and is in the way of people getting in and out of the establishment. But ordering was very clear and easy. The lady at the counter was very nice and accommodating. She knew English and helped me out with which beers were such. I had a strawberry coffee beer and it blew my mind away. So awesome and sour. Overall ramen broth was amazing and hot every spot. Would total recommend in you're in the area and craving a warm bowl of soup. Pricey but worth it.

Yelp
We got the spicy miso and shoyu. the meat of the spicy miso was so much better than the meat in shoyu taste wise. noodles was good, broth was good. the egg was definitely the best (some ramen places make them hard boiled, they did this perfectly!) i think its pretty cool that they had a some Japenese touches in the place: ordering with the vending machine, street fighter (you can play for free) and the unsual japanese drinks. For people who are not so adventurous with what to drink, it would be great to have a normal coke as an option.

Yelp
Oh come to mama. Love ramen on a rainy day and polish it up with some cider. This place is super cozy. You have to order in and then pick up your own stuff. Spicy ramen are pretty mild for my taste but hit the spot.

Yelp
Another restaurant type I wasn't expecting to have rave reviews over. Ramen doesn't come to mind when visiting Copenhagen, but Biiru was just excellent. You punch in your order off the touch screen and the staff are happy to help you decide. Minutes later, out came piping hot ramen that tasted as great as it looked. Lots of locals here which I always find comforting and with its casual setting, you'll surely find something to hit the spot.

Yelp
Really genuine and cozy ramen place. I can totally recommend the Shoyu, amazing! Also the interior is nice, the ticket machine for ordering is a real nice touch.

Yelp
I don't go to this place very often, as a matter of fact, it was my first time ever the other day, but I know the concept from Ramen to Biiru Nørrebro, so I'm familiar with the food, the ticketing system and the service. Here, the place is much spacious. No cramped wooden tables as in the one in Nørrebro. They even have booths, like old-school diners. Perfect, if you want to slurp your ramen in private, or with your friends, although the booth has a warning sign that it houses 4 people, so you are supposed to prepare to squeeze in if the shop is full of people. A giant Pikachu is hanging from the ceiling and an old-school gaming machine is placed in the centre, so you feel like you're somewhere in Tokyo in the 1980s. Must admit that I like this place better than the small Nørrebro one, but fat chance I'm frequenting this place since it's nowhere near where I use to hang out. Food is excellent, as usual. I got my spicy miso level 2 and the meat was heavenly, so was the broth. A little salty as usual, but I got used to it. All in all, still my favourite ramen pusher. Not too posh, not too Scandi, just right.

Yelp
Cute little ramen spot. You order with the machine first and then pay at the register. It was very hot and stuffy inside, which might be a plus in the winter and the ramen took quite a long time to come out. Probably because I only saw one person preparing each ramen. Overall, a good option if you're craving something warm and comforting.

Yelp
Small, cozy place. Like the other locations, you pick a ticket of the ramen you want and pay at the counter, then they bring it out. I ordered the spicy veggie miso ramen and it was delicious. Solid portion, but could use some more veggies in this one. quite pricey but not too bad for Copenhagen. Beer-wise, they only have 4 taps, plus some cans/bottles, so this is obviously not primarily a beer destination. Worth checking out.

Yelp
The ramen here is so good! Typical Japanese ramen place! The chef is great! We ordered one super spicy and one not spicy (with egg) and they were both great! Not much indoor seating, though, so it's best to go when the weather is stable and sit outside.

Yelp
I enjoyed their Shoyu Ramen very much. I was visiting Copenhagen. I had a huge lunch with LOTS of wine at another restaurant. A simple, classic Shoyu Ramen, that was exactly what I needed that evening. I am Japanese. Ramen after lots of eating/drinking is what we do in Japan. I'm very happy that I got to eat my comfort food in Copenhagen! The lady at the cashier was very friendly and helpful for me to pick a beer out of several. It was close to 9pm on a weekday, and there were not so many customers. Ramen arrived very quickly. Next time I visit Copenhagen, I'd like to try another ramen and other dishes.

Yelp
A perfect slice of sunshine. Spicy goma ramen. My absolut favorite place to eat. Excellent everything, super staff, fast serving, fun and creative place with chilled atmospere.

Yelp
Compared to some other ramen places in town, this was not the best. The ingredients seemed to not be as fresh and flavorful. Decent food at a fair price, but not a particularly good ramen.

Yelp
I can't compare this ramen to other ramen joints in Copenhagen, since I haven't tried any other ramen places (what few they have) in the city. I can only compared it to places in the USA (it would be unfair to compare it to any ramen in Japan, and anyone who does has never been to Japan). Compare to the USA, I would consider this ramen as average. The service, ambiance, and location is very good. The Shio and Shoyu are better than the Yuzu ramen, as the Yuzu broth didn't taste quite right. The meat snack side dish is just small meat patties and pork shavings covered with a lot of spicy powder, I would not order it again. The price is typical of the prices that is Copenhagen (around $18 USD per bowl), which I didn't take into account of this rating. In the end, Biiru needs to up their game, as there are better places to eat for less money.

Yelp
Extraordinary place in CPH and in the world. Had the No-meat-ramen and I loved every single bit of it. A highlight!

Yelp
Exceeded my expectations in taste! The vending style used to order out meal was very reminiscent of our experience at the Ramen Museum in Tokyo which was very cool to see! Quick service, cool ambience and nice staff! If you're in the mood for some ramen in Copenhagen, I highly recommend it!

Yelp
I've eaten ramen here SO MANY TIMES. And I know why I keep coming back. Their concept and ramen is BAD ASS and super authentic. Sommmmeetimmmes the consistency isn't in point, but no matter what the ramen is so so so so so good. Especially the Vesterbo Ramen to Beiiru is my favorite.

Yelp
The service here has been subpar the 3 times I've eaten here, but the ramen is good. So when I came down with a cold I wanted a nice bowl of ramen. Their website said they do take away, so I asked for it when I got to the restaurant. I got to the restaurant at non peak hours as requested on the website, about 14,30. The request for take away was met with an eye roll and whispers. The one waitress asked the other who then told me they would have to ask the chef, the chef who was standing next to them during this whole interaction. The chef agreed after some discussion, but It's only ramen. It's street food. Its not fine dining. If the restaurant offers take away it should be given without issue. The ramen was good, but the attitude this time was a bit too much.

Yelp
Casual ramen place in Copenhagen. Food is excellent and service was good. It was quite at 5 pm. I am planning to go back there. Everything is expensive in Copenhagen

Gian G.

Yelp
Food is OK, beer is good but expensive. The worst is the service! Very unhelpful arrogant waiter. The place is near where I live, but I will never go there again, so disappointing and annoying.
