"One of the most popular ramen shops in Hakuba Valley, it can draw a winter line but the wait is worth it for everything from clear, salt-based shio to thick, flavor-packed miso, plus small bites like karaage and gyoza." - Mae Hamilton

They have a vegetarian ramen option, it is not on the menu so just ask. Ramen is very good! It's a really small place, so either arrive right when they open or expect to wait in a line. Definitely worth it!

Yelp
Best ramen in Hakuba. Don't argue. Just go! Start simple: shoyu ramen. If you are super hungry get char-siu ramen (double serving of pork).
This guy cooks his broth all night, each night. No one else in town comes close.
