Ramenka

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am a huge ramen lover and tried many different ones over the years, but this was the absolute worst. I was really disappointed with my visit. The ramen was lukewarm when it arrived, and the noodles tasted like they had been sitting for a while rather than freshly cooked. Unfortunately, the pork dumplings were also cold and had a stale taste. I was really looking forward to a good meal, but the quality just wasn’t there, not to mention overpriced. For the price, I expected much better, I won’t be coming back!!

Ramenka is one of the best places for ramen in Budapest. The flavors are rich and comforting, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is simple but cozy. Always a great choice when craving something warm and satisfying

Had a tasty and quick dinner in this lovely place! :) The stuff is friendly and very nice, the food is tasty, the beer is good as well. :)

Please consider before visiting(!): As someone who is somewhat familiar with Ramen (in and outside of Japan) I hate to dissapoint you’re expectations, but the food served it definetely NOT Ramen. Although it is “Insta-friendly” - it is fore sure not taste friendly. I’ll explain why. Ramen is not as easy dish to prepare - each ingredient needs care and right preparation. I’m sorry to say but this restaurant failed on every single ingredient! The meat - dry as a bone. The egg - overcooked and hard as a rock, the noodles - tasteless - straight out of the supermarket package…Finally the most importat THE BROTH! I ordered a pork-broth, usually Tonkotsu in Japan, but what I got was a piss-light virgin, bland water with a hint of flavor. Guys this is a serious broth. Cooked for a minimum of 30 hours, so it gets right and pregnant with flavor. And please dont get me started on the Gyoza. Overall it was very very disappointing and definetely not worth money or time. I am writing this out of respect to people who do prepare Ramen and devote - sometimes their life - to this great dish. Dear Ramenka - without offense - please take it as a challenge: Go and try proper RAMEN, learn, study and master (or at least come close). Then start serving it to people. This - with all due respect - is not worth the name. I wish you all the best

Szerettem volna ma a kedvencemet enni extra tésztával. A házi tészta helyett azonban soba tészta került a ramenembe. A pincér azt állította, hogy ezt ő előre jelezte, szerintem meg magában motyogta maximum, megköszöntem volna a lehetőséget, ha ezt tudom, nem pedig kifizetem az 1000 ft-os felárat plusz adagért. Egyébként is modortalan és vállalhatatlan volt a stílusa, számomra érthetetlen, hogy a szánalmas QR kódos rendszer mellett, hova számolnak még fel 1100 ft-l szervízdíjat. Megpróbáltam “megenni, amit megfőztem”, nem sikerült.. ez volt most sokáig az utolsó látogatásom.

Szeretünk ide járni, főleg a ramen leves miatt. Én nem vagyok egy leves imádó ember de a ramen leves itt mindent visz! Külön szeretem a bubu teájukat, amit nagyon praktikus elviteles pohárban kapni.

Ár-érték arányban igen szegényes volt a leves. Egy nem túl ízes lében volt némi tészta és zöldség de meg sem közelített egy valódi ramen levest! A qyoza pedig szégyenletes volt! Semmi köze nem volt a valódi ételhez! A tészta vastag és rosszízű a töltelék értelmezhetetlen. Nagyon sajnálom hogy ide jöttünk enni, kár volt!!!

Júniusban személyesen egyeztettünk a tulajdonossal, hogy szilveszterre kibéreljük az éttermet. Megnéztük a helyszínt, beleegyezett, és két hónapja le is foglaltuk. Ma telefonon közölte, hogy a héten találkozunk és átadhatom a foglalót, majd egy órával később visszahívott, hogy mégsem lehet, mert a többi vezető nem egyezett bele. Ez az utolsó pillanatos visszamondás teljesen elfogadhatatlan, főleg úgy, hogy amerikai vendégek érkeznek kifejezetten emiatt az esemény miatt, már megvett repülőjeggyel, mindössze két napra. A hely komoly kellemetlenséget okozott, és sajnos nem mutatott megbízhatóságot vagy korrekt üzleti hozzáállást.
